The Queens Park Village Vet team were absolute stars with helping us relocate our dog to NZ - one of the strictest countries for animal imports! Melanie and her team were super responsive, answered all of my questions, made me feel supported and ensured everything was all sorted. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone at QP Vet for all the love and support they have given me and my dog Roxy over the past 7 years. There are no word especially to Mel and Sophie for there love and kindness on Thursday (9th April 2020) when we had to have my beloved Roxy put to sleep. Very informative vet services. I just got a new puppy and they were extremely helpful in helping me navigate owning a dog and all the things I needed to consider when raising a new puppy. The vet answered all of my questions with patience and care.

They put me at ease from the first phone call. As a new puppy owner I had lots of questions and concerns. They were understanding and patient with it all. The practice is very clean, while the staff are wonderfully friendly and genuinely love the animals they meet. I got a full puppy care info pack that included contacts for training, pet sitters etc. Feeling much more at ease with everything now. If only my doctors surgery was as nice as this!

Whilst I appreciate the convenience & proximity, I really would love it if this Vet Practice had a regular vet. Each time I go with my dog, we meet a different Vet. As with doctors, I feel this practice (& my dog) would benefit from long term vets that get to know the animals. Having to explain everything - each and every single time is surely not the best approach. I have had my dog for 7 years and it has always been like this. One the plus side, I must say that we LOVE dealing with Nurse Melanie at this practice and are very appreciative of her time & dedication.

These folks have been my go-to vets since I moved to London nearly four years ago (as of the time of this writing). My dogs are not the easiest to get along with, but the staff and doctors have been super accommodating on the few times I've been there. While it might not be the least expensive place in town, the professionalism, compassionate approach, and convenience make it more than worthwhile. Especially recently, they have provided a lot of support for me as I look to be moving abroad with my dogs. They have a vet on staff who specializes in European transfers, and another for non-European transfers, which is quite helpful. I'm grateful to them for their support.

Recently, I brought my cat to the vets to have a procedure done; I was very nervous about my cat going in as it was her first time. But thankfully I was reassured by Laura and Melanie that she would be fine and I came home with in fact an energetic and loving cat that day. At the vets my cat managed to of had food and water provided and a place to rest until I picked her up in the afternoon. The vet were very informative about what was going to happen during the procedure and what I had to do as a pet owner at the end of the day when it came to picking her up and taking her home (this was very reassuring for me). Overall, I was happy with the animal welfare standards met that day for her and I am glad that I chose this vet! :)

Having a great, dependable and reliable vet, is as critical as having a GP you can say that about. Really great vets that really care about your pet. They think about what's best for the pet and not just best for their pocket. My cat had an accident and of course sometimes it feels a bit much just to pay 45£ for someone to look at your cat for 5 minutes but that's why you should get insurance which covers all this for you. I'd really recommend this practice :) thanks for everything!!

Hands down the best vet I've been to. They really think of everything - during vaccinations and microchipping, my dog receives lots of treats and cuddles and spends the whole time wagging his tail and licking the doctor; it's the opposite of a scary experience for him! They encourage social visits - dropping in to the practice just to say hi - in order for the animals not to associate going there with needles and examinations but with visiting friends. The atmosphere is super positive, the practice is perfectly clean and professional, everybody is friendly and happy to answer questions and accommodate requests. My dog almost loves them more than me ;)

This is a superb veterinary practice which I have been using for over 10 years. Every vet is caring, gentle, patient and highly professional, interacting well with both owners and pets. The vets stay with the practice for many years so that you can see the same person regularly; they know your pets and you and are always available to speak to. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Zaila was so knowledgable and explained everything to us in great detail - but also knowing she was sending us away with information overload, made sure to give us 'homework' to take away so that we weren't confused by any of the information once we'd left. No pet likes a visit to the vets, but add to the situation our cat is always very anxious especially around strangers - however he relaxed very quckly in Zaila's presence and the whole visit was very easy and smooth. The staff generally are very considerate of how the surroundings can be upsetting for the visiting pets - even to the point of taking my nervous cat into the back area when a dog joined us in the waiting room. Overall, a pleasant vet to visit with friendly and knowledge staff.

The Queens Park team are fantastic. My cat (Bella) has really put us (and the team) through the mill. The care Queens Park have given her has been thorough, deeply caring and I have always felt confident in the advice I have been given. Now they feel an extension of the family. It's seems like a really nice place to have your pets checked out. The staff are really friendly towards you and there price are affordable you can pay on a monthly basis which can save you alot of money in the long run and can keep your mind rest assured that your pet will be taken care off the only thing which is a down fall is the parking. Not many space and very close together.

The additional out of hours service at Village Vet in Hampstead is an amazing addition. They saved my dog who fell ill at 7.00 on Friday evening and was kept and nursed night and day at Village Vet until he was better.

Hello, About five months ago I flew my dog to London from Los Angeles and was overwhelmed by the task of readjusting him to different food and climate, given we'd been apart for nearly 10 months. He weighs three kilos and he was in a bit of a state of shock to be fair! Initially I chose Petcare Queen's Park given it's proximity to my office. Convenience seemed the easiest choice first up. However Gino Pepperoni is so well looked after I couldn't think to take him anywhere else, even though I live in E9! He was recommended a perfect diet, dental brushing system... I was consulted in depth about worming and fleas, and they helped with all information regarding registering his microchip, and are in the process of securing his pet passport for me. I love the staff there, they're friendly, welcoming and upfront about costs. Recently Gino had an eye infection and during the appointment the vet gave him a full MOT. In short, I feel they're sincere and care. Worth the trek even if you're not North West!

We joined them when we moved into NW6 and got our new puppy and have stayed with them as we gradually moved further away within London. We now live in Hertfordshire and still travel in to the vets as we are so happy with the care and service that we genuinely haven't seen in any other practice. In the world you have Vets and Animal Lovers who happen to be Vets. I am so glad to say Queens Park Vets is an amazing bunch of animal lovers it is so much more about the animal than you could every want. Max was a regular visitor to the clinic until his passing recently. Even up to his passing from the moment you called to the moment we said good bye it was such a warm and respectful process. Max passed at 18 and a good percentage of his longevity luck was down to the amazing team, from the sneaking him treats by Mel and her team when he was in for a stay to the cuddles Nichola would give him to calm him down. Max was an awesome cat looked after by an amazing clinic.

I like the doctors but there a number of things I don't like about this place! 1- this is the reason I'm writing this review. The new receptionist who is a young girl is very ignorant and I don't even think she likes animals! She doesn't even say hi when you enter the reception just continue looking at screen without even looking at your face! I guess it's only polite to show a bit of interest! 2- we have never seen a doctor twice. Some I really liked but when I asked to see them again they were either gone or just do one day a week! they have lots of turn over of staff or too many doctors who probably only do one day a week only! 3- it's expensive. We stick to them cause it's convenient But the price is a lot, no different then Warwick ave and st John's wood where people say it's expensive. In general it's an alright place but you expect more time with doctors and bit more respect at reception when you spend this much money!

Excellent service with every visit and always helpful when calling in on the phone even if just for some advice or reassurance. Very friendly environment and our dogs are comfortable to make social visits in between necessary appointments. If we did move to a different area, I would still bring my doggies to Queens Park!

I recently moved into the area and my 16 year old cat suddenly became unwell. I found the pet care clinic in Queens Park who arranged an appointment for the same day. The staff there are lovely and Nicola immediately got Pitabou's pain under control. A few days later following test results she had six teeth extracted and we went for a follow-up after the weekend. Unfortunately on that day she was really 'off-colour' so had more treatment and I was so surprised but impressed to get a call from Nicola the following day just to see how she was! Pitabou is now so much better, happy and eating properly again and the vomiting has stopped. The practice is really good at really keeping you informed as to what's happening and explain clearly the likely costs, which they try to minimise as best they can. Thoroughly recommended!

Mojo has been going to Queens Park Vets since he was a puppy. Staff friendly and always helpful. Mojo likes visiting there and as it is local, we often go in just to check his weight. All staff very friendly and professional and Mojo loves them like family members and the practice like a home from his home. The practice also provides grooming services which is second to none. Mojo had his first grooming done at a specialist parlour and came back with quite a few razor cuts/marks which upset us very much. After finding out and being recommended that the practice provided grooming, Mojo has always been groomed at the practice and never once in nearly two years has he come back with a single mark. Highly recommended.
