Having recently bought a puppy but hasn't collected him yet, I went to them for advice. The receptionists were very helpful. I felt confident that when eventually I collected Cashew, that they would take good care of him. That they have.

I call my dog my "special needs puppy"! He has a long and complicated history and needs very regular vet visits for quite specialised conditions. We spent 3 years in London with Christian as our vet and he and all of his staff were wonderful! Also, shout out to Tara, nurse extraordinaire! Our dog was so well cared for and, weirdly, loved going to the clinic and got excited every time we went! I would recommend this practise to anybody without reservation. Amazing caring service, yes it costs a bit but hey that's treatment for you.. What's animals life worth.. I adopted a cat and We had flea and worm treatments, microchipping and vaccinations, and everything has been thoroughly explained to me at every step of his treatment. The staff are friendly and thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

I am so grateful to Dr Victoria Henry for everything she did for my pomeranian, Brownie. Brownie had not been feeling well for a few days and Victoria was patient and very determined to find out what was wrong with him. She explained what could be wrong and explained every detail to me along the way and kept me updated with blood test and urine sample results. She listened to all my concerns and put my mind at rest when I was worried. Victoria is a very knowledgeable Vet who genuinely cares for the animals in her care. The ladies at the reception are also very professional, kind and caring. Thankyou all... Brownie is on the road to recovery thanks to all you lovely people!

I went to Village Vet West Hampstead to see Victoria after the usual veterinary practice didn't take my dog's condition seriously and dismissed her due to her age. Victoria gave my dog the care and attention my dog deserved. If it wasn't for her, I never would have discovered the cause of my dog's pain and she would have been in pain for much longer. I'm very grateful to have left my old vets and given Village Vet West Hampstead a try. Victoria truly cared for my dog and her well being.

Vet Victoria at the Well Animal Clinic is simply excellent! We have just moved to the Well Animal Clinic and this was our first appointment, which was also an emergency, with our cat Piccolo. She took time to reassure and calm him (and us) before examining him. Her consultation practice was exemplary as she gave him a thorough examination, talked us through the process of diagnosis and treatment options carefully, and made sure that she had our full consent at each stage of the consultation before treating him. I highly recommend !! Really good clinic!! Competent veterinarians, always nice and even as a new client your welcome like a long time friend. Receptionist are very friendly and happy to help. Good customer care skills and an excellent telephone manner. Veterinary nurses are calm and confident when handling animals. They are sympathetic when dealing with upset or nervous owners and I one of them. I own two ferrets and I protect them like they are my kids. I really fuss about choosing the clinic for my ferrets. But after first visit in Well Animal Clinic I was sure I want only this one. They make me comfortable and most important they make my ferret comfortable as well. Always explaining everything before and after procedure and also updating during. Minimizing the number of stressful situations almost to zero. After every visit and procedure my ferrets come back relax and happy and I was sure they getting the best care they can. If you nervous owner like me you should really try this clinic. I really highly recommend !!!

Our labrador has been a patient of Well Animal Clinic for more than a year. We have been to the clinic for emergencies as well as routine check ups. Their staff is extraordinarily kind and gentle to our dog. She LOVES the veterinarians and wags her tail when she sees them...even after the treatment for a dislocated hip and shattered knee! I adore The Well Animal Clinic - kind and knowledgeable staff, clean clinic, reasonably priced. The veterinarians take time to explain any ailments and treatments, which is both informative and calming.

Vets that actually care. The vet was happy to give me information through there helpful secretary when i was worried about my dog biting a rat. They have great worming products that saved my dogs life and her sister when they were pups. Always gave me good advice. Thank you guys.

Our cat had his castration at this clinic. Roger recovered quickly and now he is healthy and happy . They took good care of him and I was very impressed that they called us few days after the operation to check on him. Also - not like another vet we used to go - they didn't try to force us to buy all sorts of things. Overall we highly recommend it!

The Well Animal Clinic are really amazing. We got our puppy a year ago and, unfortunately, she was very ill once in the last year. From puppy check-ups to advice and care and treatment when she was ill, Christian, Rosa and all the staff at the Well Animal Clinic gave us terrific and compassionate care. I've been taking my two dogs to Well since moving to the area over five years ago and it's been a wonderful relationship. One of my dogs has a lot of low-level health problems and needs veterinary attention frequently. Christian really understands his history and constitution and has been an excellent partner in managing the animal's health. I cannot imagine a vet practice of a higher standard than the Well Animal Clinic. Rebecca is an outstanding surgeon who has an incredible warmth and empathy for both animal and owner. Christian is always sensitive and thorough and a delight to deal with. All receptionists and nursing staff are involved and invested in how your animal is doing. Overall can't recommend them highly enough! Delighted with the service and support we have received at the Well Animal Clinic. Our kitten, Timmy, was very sick and Christian and his team did everything that was needed to diagnose the problem and get him back to health over a number of months. Timmy underwent a long and complex surgical procedure and has now made a full recovery with a new lease of life! We are so thankful for the personal touches such as follow up calls and taking the time to talk us through all the options and to answer our endless questions about treatment. These are professionals who truly care about the animals in their care and who go out of their way to accommodate the pets owners. They also provide parking for their clients which makes life SO much easier and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming which makes a massive difference to the whole experience.

This practice is without doubt the best we've ever used. Christian, a highly experienced, dedicated and personable vet, was recommended to us by several of his very happy customers in Hampstead, and we're so pleased that we had him and his fantastic team caring for our Springer Spaniel in her old age. The practice is well equipped, easily accessible and spotlessly clean. It has a lovely family feel and the care is very consistent, with Christian living above the practice and being very 'hands on' at all times. Dear All, I recently registered my two Scottish Fold kittens at the Well Animal Clinic, after the surgery being recommended by a friend. I found the veterinary to be easy to access with parking, very hygienic and filled with a real friendly love for animals. All of the staff are unbelievably helpful and positive, our veterinary surgeon is Christian LeVan – he is fantastic, it is outstanding how polite, intelligent, knowledgeable and caring he is. I personally was really nervous about our two kittens but Christian has been available for numerous phone calls, email and several check ups to reassure us everything was fine and give us excellent advice that really works! Not only are the environment and employees professional but the prices are very reasonable and they also sell everything you need to keep your pet happy and content. Our cat Mo was quite seriously injured earlier this year and required emergency treatment, hospitalisation and surgery and then ongoing care over a number of months. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Well Animal Clinic who through their dedication and skill ultimately saved him from having to be put down. They were not only brilliant with Mo and gave him both great care and love, but looked after us as owners really well too - taking time to explain every procedure and treatment to us in detail and the likely outlook for the future. They really take their work seriously and combine this with a kindness that was so much appreciated by us. Christian is a legend and guided us every step of the way. BEST VETS IN HAMPSTEAD! Christian and the team have been looking after our family pets for years- he managed to help our previous labrador achieve the grand old age of twelve. I really like the way that they are reachable every day and any hour- our dogs always manage to get themselves into trouble at the most inconvenient of times! Perhaps what has impressed me most has been when one of our dogs was diagnosed with diabetes back in January. Myself and my partner were extremely apprehensive at first with having a diabetic dog and having to give him treatments every day etc. But Christian, Nerys and all the other staff were extremely supportive in helping us to look after our now healthy boy. It really does make the world of difference with the peace of mind and level of care that the vets provide. I would have no reservations in recommending the Well Animal Clinic to anyone

I have been with the Well Animal Clinic for two years now and couldn't be happier with the friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff and the wonderful service that they provide. We recently adopted a four-year-old Cavalier called Panda from a rescue shelter. The shelter thought that Panda was deaf, but when we took him in to the Well Animal Clinic Christian discovered that he had an ear infection, and upon receiving treatment his hearing returned fully! In addition, Christian noticed that his teeth were in a bad state and so an appointment was arranged for a full cleaning. It turned out that he had to have seven teeth removed. Since coming home from the procedure the day before yesterday, Panda has been like a completely different dog - he's so much happier and much more relaxed than he has ever been; it's like a cloud has been lifted from him. He's smiling for the first time since we've had him! He must have been in terrible pain from his teeth all this time. I can't describe how delighted and grateful we are to the Well Animal Clinic for changing his life.

Our cats Optimus Prime & Sage have been registered with Well Animal Clinic for a number of years now and their service is second to none – they not only deliver what is expected of a vets practice but they do from my personal experience go that little bit further to ensure the patient is well looked after (and their owners!). We use this vets as we were recommended it by a number of friends and also by a London cat shelter as a reputable vet in our area, and whilst I have always been happy with other vets that we have been registered with, the staff at Well Animal Clinic do seem to be particularly friendly and always willing to help (I recently found a deceased cat on my drive and the lady whom I phoned (Kat, I think) was happy to keep the clinic open whilst I drove it up, though it was just after closing, to let me drop the moggie off, and kindly went though the procedure of how they ascertain if it is a stray/belonging to someone and thanked me for bringing it in!). Finally I have to mention how informative and calming the vet Christian is, in that he doesn’t just check your pet and them briskly move on, instead he allows you all the time you need and fully explains to you the situation/condition in such a way that it is understood to those of us without a Masters Degree in zoology/biology :-) . Put simply it’s Well worth registering with Well Animal Clinic (it’s in the name!!!) - definitely has my vote as no1 veterinary practice in North London.
