My cat became very ill suddenly and I took him to Voo Vets, Barmouth Road. Even though I didn't have an appointment I was seen pretty quickly. I was seen by a lovely vet who examined my cat, explained what she planned to do in the way of tests. Sadly, my cat was very ill and had to be put down. The vet was extremely kind and caring and I was not rushed in any way. My cat was treated gently and with kindness. I have used this vet for many years and will continue to do so with my other 2 cats. I would definitely recommend this vets.

My cat had an upset stomach with sickness and diarrohea. I called and was greeted with a friendly approach from the outset. Appointment available the next day. The vet asked a number of questions, and took her time with these. Prescribed some medicine, and within 24 hours my cat was looking so much better. There was a follow up call to check how he was. An absolute 5-star service. Highly recommended, due to their care and attention.

I must preface this review by saying that I have no issue with the actual medical care provided to my cats by this practice. However, I - like some others have stated below - feel that money is more important to Voo than the actual pet care. I also felt ripped off on a few different occasions, and our pet insurance is now maxed out and we had further costs close to £1k on top of that already. I also felt that they are not necessarily empathetic when it comes to presenting these charges (I did once cry in the surgery because of that). So all in all, good enough vet care but that's just not enough to be a good practice.

Fantastic vets. We have been taking our fur babies here for years. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took on the might of my old cat, which was no mean feat. Can be pricey so make sure you have insurance, but they have always given the best care.and advice.

Those people are life saviours! Every time my little rabbit had an issue everyone in there was so kind and available to give me advices or to squeeze me in between appointments to see my little furry baby. Even the girls at the reception are so knowledgeable and helpful! I really recommend this vet :)

The facility was clean and organized. The staff, including the veterinarian, were friendly. What I liked most about the visit was the vet didn't rush; making me feel she genuinely cared about the well being of my kitten. She was also very informative. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

A wonderful vet surgery and would recommend to anyone. Our first trip to this vets resulted unfortunately when our beloved cat Roxy was very ill. The staff were extremely professional and empathetic when they had to tell us our worst fears. They helped us come to terms with the prognosis and allowed us time we needed to make our decision. Once a decision was made, they continued to be professional yet understanding and made one of the toughest days a bit more bearable knowing they understood. Following this, they have always been patient, understanding, and knowledgable with our questions. Highly recommend this vet for anyone who is looking for a vet who cares for their animals as much as the owners do.

Voo Vets have given first class care to my lockdown kitten. I got their kitten package which covers all their de-fleeing and worming treatments and they give her claws a little trim when I ask too ☺️ She loves the vet and gets into her carry case voluntarily! All they need is to work out an outside waiting wet weather option and all would be perfect

This vets practice is amazing. The care and consideration for your furry family member and yourself is outstanding. We recently visited Voo in wandsworth with our Rottie cross German shepherd as she was having a painful time going to the toilet. They made her confortable with a couple of injections and admitted her for test the next day. She is now on medication and improving more each day, no longer in pain and able to go to the toilet without having to crouch every five steps. One of the worst feelings is to see your loved ones in pain and have no control to help them. Thank you Voo for all you do and putting Lila first. First class service with genuinely lovely staff.

They have gone above and beyond to help my dog when he's been unwell, which I'm very grateful for, on a few occasions even managing to squeeze us in when something urgent has popped up.
