My dog received flawless treatment, coincidentally, by another vet called Charmayanne. After a discussion it turns out brownies are the root of the problem. I think they were trying to tell me my dog needs more so that’s what I will do.

Zasman’s are absolutely wonderful and never fail to do the most for me and my (incredibly over excited, slightly insane springer). Despite him hurling himself into the vet’s arms, the lovely team at Zasman keep everything fun and competent, and I won’t be going anywhere else for my pup’s veterinary needs.

The team at Zasman in Hampstead is amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure your little fur babies are taken care of and show such care and compassion to owners. We’ve been working through a series of problems with my older pom and they’ve been a huge support each step of the way. Fairly priced, always professional, respectful and most importantly- their care and concern for your animal- is what makes them five stars. Highly recommend.

The Hampstead branch of Zasman Vet is by far the best veterinary practice I have ever encountered. The staff are amazing - they are incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to ensure your pets are healthy and taken care of. They are also incredibly friendly and always fuss over our two dogs. We have been taking our dogs to Zasman Vet for years and would not trust anyone else with our furry friends. They have seen us through some tough illnesses and have always been so incredibly helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, caring and knowledgable vet.

Zasmans in Hampstead is a meritorious veterinary practice. The team are all wonderful, the service is outstanding and the rates are highly agreeable. My dog Merlot thinks they are the best vets in the universe. I tend to agree.

The staff here are like no other. Our Simon is SO excited to visit the vet. They treat him as their own. And are also incredibly friendly to the humans! Unlike other places, we feel we're always charged a fair amount and they go above and beyond with explanations so we feel we understand exactly what we're paying for. Highly highly recommend.

There are not enough words in the English language to describe my appreciation for Zasman Vet. I had a rocky start with my puppy’s health and they professionally and lovingly helped me thru this time. And, moreover, their continued ongoing support is incredible. I know that throughout my dog’s life, they are going to be a partner with me to ensure she leads the healthiest life possible. Knowing this, I have become a very happy (stress-free) dog owner. Excellent vet. I trust them for both my pets. They are a bit expensive but they take excellent care of my pets. They are wonderful when making appointments. Their 24 hour hospital is in Hendon which is quite convenient if one has a vehicle.

Amazing staff and service! We were unhappy with our previous vet and found Zasman Hampstead to have our new kitten vaccinated and neutered. Zasman were very helpful, friendly, and took great care of our kitten. As an added bonus, they are very professional about laying out the extra services they offer but are not pushy at all about trying to get you to pay for things you don't need. Can't recommend them enough and glad we switched!

I feel incredibly lucky to have been recommended Zasman vet when I got my rescue dog Teddy 4 weeks ago. The staff have all been amazing. My dog was extremely unwell and all of the vet team went out of their way to do all the tests that were needed whilst reassuring me of his progress whilst he was in their care. If it wasn't for their quick diagnosis things could have been very different. You can tell all of the team have a genuine love of animals. Zasman is a superb vet practice in every way.

We just moved to Hampstead and feel very lucky to have landed at Zasman Vet. We have two complicated English Bulldogs who have had terrific care here! Everyone--from the veterinarians to the nurses to the reception staff--is super caring and responsible. In addition to being highly skilled, they are also so generous with their time and and advice. As a professional working in the pet care industry I can't rate Zasman Vet Hampstead highly enough. Rodney and his wonderful team always do a fabulous job, not only with the animals in their care, but also providing a level of service for people I have never experienced with others vets. They always make you feel welcome and comforted, and keep you up to speed at all times of the day. They really do go the extra mile. I have needed Zasman's help on numerous occasions and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

At Zasman nothing seems too much trouble and the staff, from reception to clinical, are all friendly and clearly fond of the patients. My senior cat Elvis (19) is so relaxed while his multiple problems are being treated it is hard to believe. My other cat (10) puts up with her annual check-up without complaint. Caryn is cautious, caring and thorough. She sets a fine example but is down to earth when considering a prognosis and treatment to benefit the animal. Mostly out of sight, the nursing staff, including Ana, Seana, and others I can’t name, are gentle, efficient and caring. A great team – thank you. Bob Paterson

Great Veterinarians and Staff. Your pets are in good hands here. I had the opportunity to work here for a short time on an experience abroad. They took me in with open arms and taught me so much. They really care about each patient, and try to do everything they can for them. I will always be grateful for the experience and their hospitality.

In an emergency, we took our toy poodle to Zasman just before closing. They are truly amazing, so helpful, kind and even stayed late to help us out! We love Zasman and the gentle, kind and super smart staff, nurses and doctors.

This is the best vet I have ever been with, I never feel anxious about picking up the phone with a query. When my cat is poorly, the vets always keeps in close contact via email, which shows how much they care. I used to get so nervous about taking my cat to check ups because she would get so stressed, but Zasman's is a totally different experience and has completely changed the way I feel about veterinary care. They remember her name, are super friendly and always explain stuff really clearly so that I understand everything.

We can’t say enough about Nina and the team at Zasman Hampstead! We've always been pleased with our routine checkups for our Standard Poodle, Ella. In addition, the Zasman Hampstead team helped us tremendously this past year as we worked to figure out what was going on with Ella's knee. She showed increasing signs of pain, and it was not improving despite several attempts by Zasman to manage the pain. Victoria from Zasman provided a referral to a specialist who performed knee surgery on Ella in mid-March. The timing coincided with the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, which complicated how Zasman would handle Ella's post-op care. Nina didn't skip a beat. Her post-op care and attention was top notch, despite ever-changing and complicated circumstances. Nina arranged for contactless pickups and drop-offs (we live within walking distance, but Ella could not make the walk for several weeks), she spoke to us as needed (often daily!), reviewed photos and videos, talked us off the ledge, and showed sincere love and affection for Ella and concern for her recovery. We could not have gotten though this without her. Seana and Tess were also wonderful, loving, and helpful during this stressful and chaotic time. Thank you, Zasman Hampstead! We truly appreciate you!

The team at Zasman are wonderful- our puppy Bernie has had some serious issues since we got her 1 year ago and the whole team have tirelessly ensured that she is well looked after, thoroughly examined and cared for as if she was their own dog. I cannot speak too highly of Zasman Vet Hampstead, the team is simply wonderful and they are genuinely passionate about pets! My tiny chihuahua was poorly and they did all they could to help him. They even drove him to another vet specialised in ultrasound after hours so we could have a diagnosis as soon as possible! Zasman are the best Vet Practice(s) in North London. They have a caring, sensible and well thought out approach to animal care and recovery. They helped one of my cats recover from a pelvic fracture after being run over. The care and attention that both my cat and myself (the very worried owner) received was both personalised and First Class. Late night emails and updates were sent by email and text during his 2 week stay in the surgery. Currently they are helping every step of the way with my other cat who has a rare congenital situation. I recommend Zasman to all my clients and their pets. Staff that really care! Having seen how things work behind the scenes, I would never hesitate to recommend Zasman's to friends and veterinary colleagues. Every patient and their needs are a priority. What is nice about Zasmans is that between their 5 branches, medical cases can be discussed between many clinicians, so I feel that pets really get the best treatment.

All round we received thoughtful, complete service and care. From the little touches such as the courtesy call at 7pm to remind me to remove my pet's food in preparation for surgery the following morning, to the call home to check in on our pets post surgery, and the warmth and openness of the reception staff, I would highly recommend this practice. Although it is not the cheapest vet in Hampstead (I can think of another chain that is not to this standard but charges more) they thankfully have none of the mercenary and commercially 'coercive' style that many other practices adhere to, whereby you are offered lots of services of questionable necessity and should you elect to pass them up, for which you are made to feel guilty. Instead they talked through probabilities of outcomes, possible treatments and ancilliary tests that are on offer, without any emotional manipulation. The highlight was bringing my cats back post neutering, for a check up on day 4, to be seen by the man himself Dr Zasman, who was very down to earth and kind. For about £230 both cats were neutered (male and female) and this included the follow-up check up.

I have been visiting Zasman Vet's in Hampstead for nearly 10yrs now & they have been nothing but kind and extremely helpful to me (especially as I was meant to be going to the Optician's further down the road!). The team of Rodney, Caryn & Chloe have also cared for my dog Shandy all this time and I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves animals as much as I do. I'm afraid if anything ever happened to Shandy, I would have to go out straight away and buy another animal if only to keep seeing the smiling face of the always welcoming Lisa on Reception. Nothing is too much trouble for this branch and I always visit knowing that my animal is in good hands and be well looked after.

Thank God for Zasman's, Hampstead. Friendly, reassuring experts who go above and beyond for your pet. I have two siamese cats and a whippet puppy prone to mysterious ailments. Zasman's have been amazing: flexible, thorough, efficient (particular thanks to Caryn, Chloe, Lisa, Rebecca and Bhakti). A plus that my animals all adore them, and that the surgery itself is a sane and cheering environment to be in (not all are). The vets here were instrumental in socialising my puppy as well as treating her - putting me in touch with a dog walker and referring me to puppy classes. Equally good with people and with animals. Highly recommended for neurotic, first-time dog owners like myself.

Our cat Nala has a cronique infection called stomatitis we have been taking care of her since we 2011 and during the past few months she's been very sick. The staff took care of her, she had surgery, they told us exactly what they were going to do and the cost of it. They have been very professional and sweet with us and Nala and I would recommend it to anyone if you want somebody you can trust with your pet.

Hi...My precious angel has been coming to Zasmans since she was 7 weeks old..and is now ten years..she's a big dog and living well thanks also to Zasmans.. I have trusted them with my dog's life over these years..and in fact when we (Nikita and I) were away for a year in Asia I came back to Hampstead because of Caryn and Zasmans. its a personal relationship in that they care about my dog as much as me., in emergencies they are there immediately to help..at one time..including the fire department!.Zasmans came to the rescure immediately.
