I have been going to Zazman in Islington for over 6 years with my cats and they are always incredibly welcoming, kind, friendly and competent. I went today and found that my appointment was actually supposed to have been yesterday; they had a full schedule today and initially said it wasn't possible for my cats to be seen today but when they saw my reaction and that I was having a difficult day the receptionist went straight off to see whether one of the vets could make it work and they did. They were kind and thoughtful and it made a real difference to me so thank you very much . I can highly recommend all the staff there and the quality of care - thank you.

I found today's receptionist to be quite unpleasant and rude. She came across very passive aggressive. I was pleased that the two ladies who cared for my dog were warm ,kind, welcoming and represented the establishment with Integrity and proffesionalism. The rude member of staff appears to be part of the brick work and has lost passion for her job. It actually appeared that she was handing over to a new member of staff if so I'm happy to see the back of her because she has no awareness of her negative presence in regards to customer service. The place is well resourced I had to give an honest feedback one person rudeness should not count for the entire team but maby they should remind themselves that the actions of one does and can affect the team.

Vets at Zasman are simply amazing. Unfortunately, I don't live in that area anymore, however, I'll bring my cat if she will need surgery or undergo any kind of treatments. Vets are very kind, the place is super clean, and you can tell they love the work that they do.

Really good vet clinic in Islington. We moved inside the area and started going to Zasman later on - I was pleased to see more reasonable prices compared to the precious place, but most importantly - fabulous level of care and professionalism. Came in today as a new client with my cat Hugo. I thought he had a minor illness and it turned out to be mostly likely kidney disease. I am in shock and very upset but the vet was amazing and explained everything to me and organised treatment for him within minutes of arriving. I am so grateful that he has a chance now and i hope we get to spend more qaulity time with him. Shout out to the receptionist who was very polite and efficient as well.

Both of my cats are registered with Zasman Vet. The staff are friendly and professional, and I always feel reassured my cats are in very good hands. The vets always take the time to really listen to whatever symptoms are presenting and I trust that they're very thorough. They're very reliable and we never have to wait long for an appointment.

The staff in Zasman vet Islington is amazing. I am impressed and truly grateful for the care they gave Church, my cat. He was critically ill but Hannah, the lead veterinary surgeon’s quick decision making and expertise saved him. I highly recommend Hannah and Zasman vet Islington for their reliability, professionalism and responsiveness towards Church and myself. My cat had such a complicated case and I still cannot believe that he is back with us. Hats off to Hannah, Ashley, Miriam and the rest of you who cared for Church. I recently brought my cat Charles into the Islington branch for a routine check up and dermatological issue. The lead vet Hannah could not have been nicer or more thorough especially given the high paced environment vets across the city are going through during the COVID pet boom. I think we all take it for granted how lucky we are to have world class health care for our pets so close to home. I cannot recommend Hannah and the Islington team enough and I have the utmost confidence in their abilities with my son’s health and well-being.

I was recommended to Zasman Vet by a friend and immediately felt very welcomed by the friendly staff. Our nervous little cat doesn’t do well out of her comfort zone, but seemed as safe and happy as could be with Hannah and the team who came across as caring, gentle and knowledgable from the outset. Getting the Rabies vaccinations and checkups in the lead up to moving to Australia it’s been a relief to have this part of the move so well managed and taken care of every step of the way. Have been here twice for my cat Hoppy. I really recommends this vets! They have saved hoppy twice, one time for a tooth extraction and an other urinary problems. Great vets, great staff, quick appointment, and they are here to reply to any questions and they always have a good diagnostic! Today I have to go in emergency to an other vets, because they were closed for holidays, and it wasn't the same. I wish they had an emergency service, such are they good!

The team at Zasman Vet Islington is nothing but amazing. My cat Jack has been living with CKD & we have been coming here for over 18 months. The team is very professional providing really great advice and they have shown so much love & care for my little man. Even when he has to spend the night at the hospital, he never shows any signs of stress. He gets cuddles and kisses from everyone in the team. We couldn't have been more grateful. Despite Jack's condition has been going on for a long time now, the team has managed it very well he is actually fit enough to go back to Singapore with me which would not have happened without the team. I have moved to London from Brazil right before all the covid-19 outbreak and unfortunately have had to take my dog to the vet several times since. I am very thankful I have found this practice where EVERYONE is so patient with my anxious dog (and her owner ☺️) and takes excellent care of her, specially the vet Hannah. She is not only a great doctor but also caring and careful with my tiny, nervous dog. She even sent me a picture when Mini had to spend the day in their care. A really good vet in Islington where your pet will get top care. More on the expensive side as you might expect from an Islington vet. But they follow up via phone and text to make sure your pet is recovering well and doesn't miss worm and flea treatments.

The entire staff at Zasman Vet Islington is simply amazing. Our two cats, Ale and Coco, were both quite sick a few months ago and I was at Zasman's nearly every day for 10 days straight, sometimes twice a day. Best vet surgery ever! My cat broke her leg very badly and I couldn't have been happier with the way she was treated by everyone at Zasman. They looked after her so well and made such a fuss of her that it made a horrible situation much easier to handle. She had to be there for several nights and I felt reassured that she was in such good hands. They are a lovely, caring and highly accomplished bunch and it's always a joy to see them whenever I need to take her in for a check-up.

Everyone at Zasman Islington has always been so kind and professional. One of my cats was diagnosed with CKD and Emma and the whole team looked after him (and me) really well. I always feel that they have the pet and owners best interests at heart and only carry out tests which are necessary, to avoid any extra appointments, cost or more importantly distress for the animal. The kind and wonderful staff looked after my dog Millie when somebody had found her wandering on Liverpool road. My son has left the door open when he was working on his bike and Millie has wandered off and couldn’t find her way home. I was at work until late so when I came out the vet had already closed. Came to them with a stray cat who needed neutering. They were incredibly helpful and informed me about all sorts of special deals that were available to stray animals. 24 hours after calling the cat was neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, blood tested and treated for an infection for an unbelievably low cost (since vets normally seem to cost as much as American healthcare). Everyone there was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to a friend, something I can't say for my existing vet who is elsewhere in the borough.

Very kind and helpful, examined my cat who is vomiting, wanted to take blood sample which was going to cost £160 but wasn't able to as she's ferocious. Decided to wait and see if the vomiting stops, which seems sensible. Good but expensive.

They nursed our 17 and a 1/2 year old rescue dog to a dignified end and now look after our 3 new rescue hounds. Not to mention the guinea pig (sadly only one now) and rabbit. My Exotic cat, Georgie, was cared for so well by Emma and Hayley and with such compassion and genuine concern. Unfortunately, she had chronic kidney disease and had to be euthanized in May. This experience traumatised me deeply but at least Georgie was put to sleep quickly and painlessly and by someone who truly cared. Thank you Emma and Hayley.
