I have been taking my dog Huey Lewis to Zasman Vets for 4 and half years and have only praise for the practice. All of the staff are super helpful, kind, professional and understanding. Huey Lewis is a very nervous dog and I am very worried owner and they always ensure that we both leave reassured and with complete understanding of any diagnosis. Where they can, the team will always try and squeeze in Huey for an appointment should there be availability, even if for a few minutes which I really appreciate. Everyone really treats Huey Lewis so wonderfully and I feel that he is in safe hands with them. Thank you :)

I would highly recommend Zasman vet. I took my puppy there to get all her injections and to get neutered, she had the very best care! All the staff were so friendly and patient, they were always happy to answer any questions I had very clearly.

I have been taking my two dogs Stanley and Cyril to Zasman very for the past 3years. Mainly for their annual check-ups but in the past month we had an issue with Cyril. The team were super responsive, professional and explained everything clearly. Cyril is now happy and healthy and I can't thank the team enough. Girls on reception are fantastic and always happy to help and always give me a wave when we all walk past! Thank you.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Bit pricey, though

Moved to Zasman over a year ago and im so glad I did. My cat has been treated so well every time, each check up is thorough and always with follow up appointments to keep an eye on him when something was wrong. All the staff are lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease when my cat was poorly. Going to the vets used to be stressful for both the cat and myself but I think both of us feel a lot more at ease now we are with Zasman!

This morning was my first visit with Kenny Cat to this practice. Kenny is an indoor cat (after being adopted off the streets) and had not visited with a vet since he was neutered and chipped two years ago so we were very anxious. He was absolutely fine. The staff were amazing. The nurse (?) on reception (I have forgotten her name - a lovely Aussie) was really friendly and chatty and put us at ease and the vet was just wonderful with him - he was quite chilled really - even having his bum probed and squeezed, which can't be that much fun for a cat. He needs to go back for some dental work and I feel at ease knowing that the staff there are so caring and genuine and will treat him well. Highly recommend.

Such a friendly team, great receptionist and the vets explain everything very clearly. Their monthly plan is well priced and makes good sense and our dog loves going to the vet!

This is the number one place we go to whenever we have any concerns for our dog. We're registered to other vet clinics but this is the only place where I feel like they genuinely care for our dog. He's been a few times and each time, the team come together and do their best to make sure he's comfortable and that you're well informed of what's happening. I have no doubt that the team at Zasman Vets care about my pet just the same as I do. I'd highly recommend Zasman Vets for a team who truly want what's best for your pet in time of need.

I would like to highly recommend Zasman Vets, Stoke Newington. Every time i visit, i have experienced excellent customer service at the front desk and all the staff are very friendly and nice to chat to while waiting. Saying that i have never had to wait too long to be seen. The staff, nurses and vets are very professional and have always provided myself and my cat with the best advice and support. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

My 6 month old Jack Russell puppy was stung by something in the park, his face blew up from the reaction and we aren't from the local area, so we were lucky to get an emergency appointment for our puppy so quick. My husband said the vet and the staff were very good, they made him feel confident in what they were doing and attentive. Later in the day we were walking past and felt it would be nice to show our puppys recovery. I think the vet and staff appreciated this. Highly reccommend these! 100%. Thank you Zasman

The vets are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to get and run on time. Receptionists are always lovely and helpful as well - can't recommend this branch highly enough!

Small vet, always abit of a wait prior to covid. Currently only 1 person allowed in at a time. Was standing at the door for 7mins before let in. Vet was empty on the shopfloor, she stated she was with a patient down stairs.. previously recognised new staff dont have manner and not as nice as the old staff

I’m so glad I moved to Zazman from another vets. I feel that my dog is given the best care possible. Piya is amazing and always explains things to me throughly, and with kindness and patience has got to the bottom of my bedlington’s complicated health conditions. Front of house are really friendly and efficient to. I can not recommend them highly enough! They are also a lot cheaper than my previous vets which is a bonus!

I rushed to the vet from nearby Clissold Park with blood literally pouring from my dog's paw. Kim took up the emergency calmly and immediately which was particularly difficult because another vet visitor tried to take over the situation causing unnecessary stress (mostly to me!). The bleeding required immediate surgery and I'm writing this while supervising a very sorry limping lurcher. All is well. Thank you Kim, Roman and Rodney for your timely and thorough care.

I had taken my beautiful girl there quite a few times with urine infections and they dealt with her in a very kind and loving way,they also gave me the understanding and dignity that I needed,even when I was blubbing at the reception desk..Carmen rang me after Stella's ultrasound to tell me the awful news and she just allowed me to cry and make as much noise as I wanted to and all the time just saying how sorry she was,they really are such lovely people and genuinely care about you and your fur babies,I also recieved a beautiful card from them,expressing their sadness over Stella,I'm so grateful for the way they treated us both..💔💜

my cat had surgery yesterday so glad I found this local vets such lovely staff and excellent customer service, The receptionist has been so helpful and friendly keeping me well informed and provided me with good aftercare advice, its reassuring to know you are on the end of the phone for any questions about my cats care, I had been to another local vet before I found this one but wasn't a warm welcome and felt like they was just after money rather than the welfare of the animals, you guys really do care about the animals, its quite clear its not just about making a profit, a warm and caring vets I will be telling all my friends where to take there pets :) thanks so much
