I use the secure field regularly. Its perfect for your dogs to release some energy in a very safe and secure environment. The use of the agility equipment is a definite bonus. The field and other areas are kept to a very high standard with fresh water for the dogs and seating area for yourselves is provided. Perfect for a doggy date.

I Took my dog (Earl) here for the first time and I can honestly say he was so looked after, my dog is very nervous of new environments but the staff here was very patient loving and caring towards him. He has come home very happy, the kennels are absolutely spotlessly clean, he was walked regularly and he has come home in 1st class condition I would never use any other kennels than Clark hill 5 star all the way

Been taking our dog here for over 2 years now when we go on holiday. Friendly and caring staff and always accommodating. Wouldnt take him anywhere else now he's always happy when we pick him up.

October 22 I Took my 2 dog gsd here for the first time and I can honestly say they were both looked after. One of my dogs suffered with PTSD she very nervous of new environments but the staff here was very patient loving and caring with her , used same members of the staff. The both have come home very happy, no smell off kennels are absolutely spotlessly clean the pair off them. I would 100% use this kennels again and i also was very nervous off puting my dogs in kennels but staff reassured me all the way . Clark hill 5 star all the way thank you

I am owner of clarks hill kennels and i simply wanted to point out that a review posted about us 2 weeks ago by a person known as irene caird, has never been a customer of our kennels. I have reported this to google, but unfortunately, her misleading and inaccurate post, obviously meant for another kennels, has not been removed.

This kennel staff and owners care about your dogs and genuinely remembers them from one year to another. Very clean with excellent prices duscount for more than 1 dog.. Full choice of wet and dry food for your dog, at no extra cost. Collect before 10am on pick-up day and you don't get charged for that day. Tried loads over the past years and non live up to their standards and care.

A wonderful place run by Barbara and her family, along with her wonderful team. Two great dog fields as well to hire by the half hour for exercising or agility training for your dogs. The cattery is also very clean and well kept. Can’t praise Clarks Hill highly enough.

What a fabulous cattery! They kept in touch with my jittery husband throughout our holiday and were very understanding when our cat had to stay longer during the bank holiday due to a missed flight. Our cat returned to us looking healthier than when we dropped her off! Couldn't be more delighted.

We've used this cattery for 6 years now and can't rate them highly enough. The staff are really friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make your pet feel at home. One of our cats is especially fussy and tends to sulk and not eat the entire time she is there. The staff always make sure to leave extra food out somewhere close to her hiding spot (blanket) for when she feels like eating so she doesn't go hungry. The facilities are well built, clean and spacious (with the option for a deluxe suite with an outside bit for the cats too). We don't have dogs but the dog area looks really good as well, and they've just added an outside exercise yard in one of the fields which I saw dogs enjoying on my last visit. Can't imagine taking our cats anywhere else. They are great. P.S entrance is up a narrow lane so be aware of traffic coming the other way. There are a couple of places you can pull to the side and let another car past though.

Can not fault the service or staff. They looked after Phoenix for a night as we are going away later in the year and wanted him to get to know his surroundings. I had to find a kennels at short notice due to a family illness. Spoke to Iain who said I could make a open ended booking for as long as required. They asked what type of food Lucy would require when I dropped her off and made her stay as comfortable as possible. I paid for 2 weeks upfront as an initial booking in the end we only needed 10 days and the excess payment was refund within the hour. Lucy seemed to really enjoy her first stay in the kennels which I was worried about as she is 8 years old and has never been away from her home before. The 2 girls who work in the kennels (sorry I didn’t get their names) and Iain always gave updates on Lucys eating and behaviour whenever I phoned and said she was really enjoying her morning walks. Thank you so much for looking after Lucy and providing her with such great care during a difficult time for us. I hope to use your excellent exercise field when it reopens.

Excellent facilities The exercise yard and field has visual and mental stimulation for the dogs, with agility equipment As a customer I hire one of the areas and and enclosed areas and my dogs love it

Used the secure dog field to give my 2 dogs a run somewhere safe Good sized secure field with tall fencing. Theres a shelter with hay bales to sit on in case of bad weather. Agility equipment is in the field if you want to use it. Was a little muddy but thats understandable given the wet weather and amount of dogs running around - had no issues with the mud as I wore boots There is a bin for poo bags and great to see previous users pick up after their dogs A hosepipe with running water is available outside the field to wash your dog off if you want to if they get too dirty. Great price and price goes up slightly depending on how many dogs you are taking in. Easy to book a spot online with payment being made simply.

Brilliant people, looked after Zeus for us and he was comfortable being there, didnt chew his tail which is normally a sign of stress and anxiety. Highly recommended and i would definitely be taking him there again. Lovely staff and very friendly.

This is by far the best Kennels and Cattery in the area and very reasonably priced too for the accommodation on offer. Anytime we go away we will be using these for our pets. I cannot comment on the boarding kennels because we only used the cattery this time but I am sure they will be just as good. Thanks to all the staff there who kept our mind at ease about Kiki while we were away!

We've brought Chip to Clarks Hill for many years now and he's always happy to go in and is happy when collected, the staff are all really friendly.There is also a grooming parlour there so I can book him in for a nice bath before coming home! Highly recommended.

The new Kennels for our dog, after our original Kennels (little gems) got sold off we tried a few different Kennels and Clarks Hill has come top in my opinion. They have a range of Kennels and all are in very good condition, it is very clean and the staff are really nice plus their prices are very competitive
