I went here as an emgeracy on 13th of septmber with my fur baby unfortunately he was really sick the veterinarian was so lovely did all test x-ray but unfortunately my little man didn't get to come home, the veterinarian was so lovely let me say my good byes as i cried my eyes out, I cant remeber her name but she had long brown hair up in pony tail with blue at the bottom or her tips, she was so lovely so respectful and treated my Archer with so much care, few days later we got a lovely card through the door from them with and beautiful poem and a little bag of his fur i couldnt believe it they went above and beyond few days later i got a call I got a call and the recpetionist at low fell branch was so lovely, when i went up to go get him she passed his ashes gave her condolences, they made this hard time a little better, thank you for everything 💖

I got up this morning to find 1 of my piggies wasn't too well....they can go downhill fairly quickly so I rang Heaton vets hoping for an appointment that morning! I've never been before but they were recommended by a friend. The Veterinary Nurse was fab! Nothing was a problem and I could take my boy straightaway. And it's a Sunday!! I was quickly seen by the vet who was also fantastic! After discussing problems and getting meds I brought my boy home. Fed him some critical care then gave him his medication. A few hours later he is moving around and nibbling at his favourite toy again! Fingers crossed it's all positive from here!! Thankyou so very much!

I go Tues and Fri nights and Sunday morning for the bingo nice friendly club all draft beers and lager £2-80 a pint.with 50p off a pint Tuesday night. There is good entertainment on Saturday nights.

The Vet was brilliant with Rosie. Really Good Experience, Hoping the Swab Testing Manages to see what type of Bacteria is in Rosies Ear. So she gets the correct Treatment. Hopefully this Infection will disappear for longer than 3 months.

Some vets not the friendliest or interested which spoils it for the good ones there and getting an appointment is like finding hen's teeth .this place has gone downhill faster than the Swiss Bob sleigh team

Love the place! Both my Girl's love their visits they literally pull to come inside if we pass which says it all about how well cared for they are by all of the Staff. The Ladies on the main desk are always really helpful and friendly too. FANTASTIC VETS AND FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fine for standard boosters and etc yet nothing more. Took my dog to here for a booster, returned to a high price than expected. Thought nothing of it until I saw the receipt. Saw the booster and a Kennel Cough vaccine which I didn't ask for neither did I get asked if I wanted. An absolute scam if you ask me taking money for something I didn't need or want.

Removed broken claw from my cat and trimmed her toenails for about 10% of what I would normally pay. lily who won't let me anywhere near her claws allowed the nurse to do the whole lot in about 2 minutes they were just so good with her! never felt rushed at all and everyone in the building was lovely and compassionate what a difference from my previous vet. Highly recommended I will never go anywhere else!

Great vets. The staff are amazing, never have to wait too long for an appointment. Nick the vet is amazing with nervous dogs. You never feel rushed, they take their time to make sure that they give the best care possible. The healthy pet club is brilliant too.

We sadly lost our dog to cancer. The services provided by all the staff was second to none nothing was a problem especially in the circumstances with Covid etc. We are so grateful for all the care and attention given to milo.

My twelve an half year old bearded collie has been with this vets practice since a puppy. Recently he's had scans, blood tests, drugs but unfortunately we had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep on Wednesday. I am very disappointed that we still dont know what he died from, although we think it was some kind of cancer, the vet who has been treating him wasnt in on Wednesday so another vet done the horrible deed. It would have been a nice gesture for a phone call just to sorry and try and explain what caused his death so quickly. So I am not impressed with the end result, very dissappointing at this sad time. We are devasted.

Saved my pals life in July 2016, was serious life or death situation for a recurring problem. Since saving his life they've helped with advice, helped us keep his diet going by providing the food, and given advice to combat the negative sides of his diet too. I called just the other day and their advice was sound again. His name is Toodles. 🙂 We trust this vet practice 100% 🙂
