I Cannot recommend Hellesdon Vets highly enough. My puppy was unwell & got an appointment immediately to see vet. The care given was outstanding over six days. I brought him in everyday where they checked him thoroughly & cared for him with such kindness, patience & professionalism. They put my anxious puppy at ease and kept me updated with everything they were doing. All staff from Receptionist, Nurse to Vet have been excellent. My puppy is back to his full health & that’s thanks to Hellesdon Vets. A fantastic Team.

After 20 vets told me that they don’t want new clients and new pets, the only clinic that take an appointement with me is this clinic ! Thank you so much, I gone 3 times, 1 time in emergency, they was all incredible with me and made a great job with my cat. Thanks so much to the Medivet Hellesdon team 🙏🏼👍🏼

Great communication, happy staff who attended to giving my 3 pet worm and flea treatments as I had attended for a concern with my dog Molly. The vet George was really professional, kind and took time to hear my concerns. A great Vet and ambassador to Medivet . I hope he stays we seem to be getting quite a few different ones. I used to see Scott but he’s left. Having trust in reliable consistent vets is important and why I chose Medivet or I might as well go to pets at home getting any old vet that you never know. George is great keep him 👍

Had a Emergency and my dog wasn't registered. They got me straight in and once they calmed me down and put me at ease we went through the registration process. The were cool calm and professional. I've used some big chain vets in the past that were very robotic. The wonderful people at Medivet Hellesdon were caring thoughtful and so relaxing. My little dog is my PTSD support dog and thankfully she's all good. Thank you

Very friendly, great customer service, super good vets giving great health advice and care for my pet. Since the pandemic has had an amazing way of still being open and able to give appointments safely and as wonderful as ever. Highly recommend!

When I spoke on the telephone to register my puppy with you the receptionist was very helpful and informative. My visit was good too when I brought my puppy in for chipping and his 1st injection, the Vet was very pleasant and helpful. I was also impressed with the safety measures in place.

You looked after our dog Tye for many years until last year when he had to leave us. You dealt with him and us with such compassion at an awful time and in the first lockdown too, when things were so different. We are now delighted that we have a new puppy (Boris) . I am sure he will be looked after by you very well as was Tye. Looking forward to bringing him in for all his vet needs.

Hellesdon vets have been looking after my pets for around 7 years and I can not fault them. They are caring and helpful and even in the Covid difficult times have always been able to see my pet for her regular check ups on her long term illness and advisory service.

I have never asked for advice from them and not come away feeling completely confident I have done all I can for my pets. Scott the vet, Colette the nurse and the rest of the accomplished team at Hellesdon Vets are phenomenal. They’ve performed miracles looking after our two dogs. They are professional, focussed and incredibly caring. We consider it a true blessing to know the team and if we were to ever leave Norwich, we’d travel long distances in order to continue receiving such wonderful care.

Superb vets - All staff were excellent when our adopted Staffordshire Bull Terrier had life threatening injuries a few years ago and she made a full recovery. When our greyhound had to be put to sleep earlier this year - again all staff from front of house to Vet very compassionate and thoughtful throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend Medivet Hellesdon.

Awesome Vets along with the Catton Medivet. Dog ate a pack of heart meds (dog ones) and they helped me identify what to do and the likelyhood of major issues. For free! Cant commend them enough.
