Vegard is an excellent vet and my dog loves him. We wait on the carpark for him to come get her then pay over the phone. The receptionists are all nice and polite too. I’d never take my pet anywhere else

As a newby to animal care I was unsure which vets to take my 6 month old Agapornis Roseicollis without getting ripped off or having a vet that didn’t know much about the species. Fortunately we were very lucky in choosing to visit Vets4Pets Beeston as the experience went better than I could have expected. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and informative. The vet who saw to Pesol (apologies, I don’t remember his name) was very compassionate, informative and knew a lot about the particular breed, putting my mind at ease. He informed me on great ways to care for my lovebird of which I hadn’t heard of before and was very gentle, calm and patient with him! The procedure (beak trim) took more or less five minutes and when I returned he seemed full of life and very happy. There were no surprise fees and it all came to a reasonable price. Overall it was a stress free, quick experience and we went home happy. @petitpesol

It was helplful to be able to email in photos of the issues I was concerned about and talk these through remotely with the vet, Vegard. He was thorough, helpful and kind and I felt confident in the treatment recommended for my dog. I have appreciated the efforts of everyone at the practice since I joined a couple of years ago, as all the staff and vets are brilliant. They have continued to provide an excellent service under difficult circumstances during the pandemic. It would be hard to find a better practice.

Always a kind and friendly reception from all staff, the vets are kind to the animals and explain procedures and treatments in detail. Always a friendly face. Covid19 has changed the way you see the vet as we cannot go into the surgery, the vets/nurses come to you and if needs be take your pet for a consultation, on return they explain and advise on what they found. Vets4pets Beeston Nottingham is always welcoming and kind.

In this time of covid 19 the procedure followed was very good. I parked up rang through and the vet fetched my puppy. He assessed her and gave the vaccination then brought her back to the car explained things then I rang up to pay. Excellently dealt with. Best vets.

I love Vets 4 Pets Beeston and would never take my dog anywhere else. She is very dog-reactive when on the lead and often causes a bit of a scene in the waiting area but the team are always so understanding and kind to her regardless. The health plan is very good value for money, and the monthly text reminders for worming and flea treatments are very handy. The opening times here are also great because we don't live locally anymore and so it gives us enough time to get home from work and drive across town for appointments.

I can not recommend this vets enough. I have taken all of my pets here and they have always been amazing with them. The devastating day we had to have our family dog put to sleep they showed compassion and treated us so well it made the whole experience that little bit more bearable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have being using Vets4Pets Beeston for years, always nice to see Vegard who never forgets your pets. We travel from the other side of the city to come to the practice despite their being another V4P up the road from us, we feel that Vegard knows our animals and we won’t take them anywhere else. Everyone is always really nice, not a bad word to say about any aspect of the Practice. Keep up the wonderful work you all do! Aoife & Milo don’t mind the vets too much at all, they especially like getting a treat (Aoife a bit too much...)

Under the current difficult Covid-19 conditions, we were so appreciative that our 2 cats were seen for their annual health check & boosters. Vegard collected them from the car (at distance) and delivered them safely back once treatment was completed with an explanation of how they were. It was most reassuring and all handled so smoothly. Due to covid 19, the way the practice used safe measures via their car park to collect our animals for their appointments is well organised, sad not to be alongside your four legged fur babies but they still maintain great friendly service that puts your mind at ease knowing your pet is in good hands.

Considering the covid 19 restrictions the surgery was well organised l was notified well in advance of the new procedures for treatments. Everything went smoothly with no stress to my pets.

We have 2 puppies, the first being a husky and the second being a Saint Bernard cross who are both registered here. The nurses and receptionists are all friendly and give our puppies all the attention we want. The main vet (He is in the practise photos) is great. He is thorough in his work but also makes you feel that he is listening to you. Really recommend them.

Been with these guys for 7 years, they have taken excellent care of our dog. The puppy socialising class means she actually looks forward to entering the surgery! The only reason for a missing star is the huge charge for flea/worm treatments bought through them, and they have to outsource their night service. But would still highly recommended this superb team.

Called regarding putting a sick hen to sleep. Not many vets will deal with chickens and quite honestly, most folks laugh when you discuss caring for a chicken. However, the staff who spoke with me were absolutely lovely and understanding, even when I changed my mind at the last minute to see how she got on over the weekend. It's good to know they're there to help when the time comes. Highly recommend.

The team at Vets 4 Pets Beeston have always taken great care of both my cats. A couple of years ago my elderly cat had to have part of her tail amputated after an accident, and the vet did a brilliant clean job, and we love her little half-tail. I always get flea treatment here as it's the only one that seems to work, and my cat gets her claws trimmed here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

In the current Coronavirus Pandemic we had to wait in the car and the Vet, Vegard, came out to us. We explained our concerns about Marley and he then took Marley inside and gave him a check up and his booster. Upon returning he advised us of what he thought was wrong with Marley and gave us advice of how to try and rectify it. Apart from that Marley is as fit as a fiddle. We can not fault Vets4pets, and during the Pandemic we are amazed how well they are still delivering their service. Well done 🙂

Vegard himself is a fantastic vet, he's always kind and loving towards the animals and they also seem at ease with him (well my cat does anyway😊) I'd never go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable and I always feel I get the right advice and Vegard only ever prescribes things when needed. I never feel like it's just about the money here which I have definitely felt at my previous vets. Top notch 10 out of 10
