Unfortunately this week I had to bring our beloved pet rat to be pts, its such a difficult, upsetting decision to make but the lovely vet who I dealt with was so supportive, understanding and compassionate. In the midst of it all I'd forgotten to ask her name but she was absolutely brilliant and I felt so confident that our much loved pet was in great hands. We also received a lovely card this morning from the practice offering condolences which we as a family really appreciated, so thank you vets 4 pets for everything ❤

n. g.When booking, was given very clear instruction on how they are dealing with vivid restrictions, you arrive in your car, ring them from parked car to say you have arrived, they then come out and collect the animal, consult with you while they are collecting (vets are in PPE). Your pet is then returned to you, you pay over the phone for any treatment. Very Good System and very happy

J. H.The vet was friendly and thorough and treated me as an individual rather than just another face through the door. She explained everything she was doing and took the time to reassure me as I was obviously worried. She told me how to treat my cat and what to do if she didn't improve. Kitty is getting on a bit now and I am very worried about her but feel that I can bring her back with no worries about her care.
H. L.I made a call today and was advised to come sit and wait to be seen. I expected to wait a while as i was to be fitted inbetween but was promptly greeted by a Vet within 5 minutes. She was warm and friendly, listened to my concerns and whisked my Sockies away to be attended to. Before i knew it, she was back in the car ready to go home with medication-which was explained how to administer clearly.
I am so pleased with the speedy service and safety measures provided by all the team at vets4pets Bulwell.
The receptionist and Vet i came across are pleasant and the treatment cost was very cheap comparable to other local vets!

J. I.I’m a new client in a pandemic! My new pup needed vaccinations. Staff were amazing. I waited outside while the nurse came and took him for his treatment. Spoke to the vet over the phone. All in all a great experience. Staff were kind and went the extra mile regarding payment - I only had cash but they allowed me to call the next day to pay with a card even though they only just met me!! A pandemic problem handled with kindness and understanding.
N. H.Luckily enough have never had to see a vet, just the nurse for flea and worm treatments but always on time and very helpful.
A. S.We recently had numerous visits with our rabbit thunder . Eye treatment weight loss and then we thought we was going to loose her at one point . I can’t thank the team enough for the care and compassion you shown to me and my 10 year old daughter and thunder who is now doing absolutely amazing and is just needing an eye operation to remove her eye which sadly ruptured
She’s back to the thunder we no . Your guys are superheroes!! The care and support from the team was outstanding , at one point we didn’t think she’d make it through the night . But she did and she came out fighting and she’s still fighting !!!
J.Saw me as an emergency, the staff were extremely helpful. My only bug bear is that I wish you could pay for treatment in installments. I have struggled to get the money together for the operation. Would have been alot easier to pay 100 a month.

Put some eyedrops in stroking him as she did, he had an accident on the examining table which she immediately sorted & cleaned him up. Great service yet again, been coming here for the last 8yr & have never once had bad service..
J. B.Our beloved family pet had to be put to sleep after 15 years. We had heard stories from friends facing a similar event, and how unsympathetic the treatment was, limiting the number of adults to 1, and limiting the time allowed. Our experience could not have been more different. My husband and I both accompanied Brick. He was given a soft fleecy blanket to lie on, and we were given ample time in which to say our goodbyes, and to hold Brick as he slowly passed away. The staff were wonderful throughout, gently talking us through the entire process and treating both Brick and ourselves with patience and total understanding. Their care and professionalism turned an upsetting and negative experience into a caring and uplifting one. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This surgery were brilliant at dealing with the grief, careful explaining everything, hygienic and gentle with a very poorly oussycat who sadly had to be put to sleep. K. N.Visited yesterday for a heart scan, for my dog with a heart murmur. Was dealt with by one of the nurses and the vet Clare. Waiting area lovely and cool and clean, receptionist was friendly and very polite. Consultation and scan was dealt with amazingly well, my dog can be temperamental at the best of times! Clare explained everything fully to me and made sure I understood the findings and result of the scan and my options going forwards - as well as making friends with my dog :)

t.Amazing service. Good advice over the phone given about death of our beloved hamster. Arrived at the vets to a small queue with 2 very upset children. As soon as we indicated why we were there they took us straight into side room and were very compassionate with all of us even though Whiz wasn’t registered with them. N. J.The service was good but the first vet I saw put the wrong dog on the paperwork which we then corrected the next day. He also wrote down a completely different scenario as to how my dog got hurt. The price was ridiculously high, over £400 for a scan and to bandage the leg. We have to visit every week now for the next 3 weeks which could mean a bandage change each time which will cost £100. If the dog pulls the bandage off between visits it will cost £100 to have it put back on. No collar has been provided to stop her pulling at it though. When we first visited we were quoted £100-£120 then after he spoke to his colleague he quoted £250 and then we had a phone call to say it would be £375 at the most. I then got a call after they had scanned my dogs leg to say they needed to rescan to make sure the bone was set correct which took the price to £440. The second vet we saw was lovely though and the reception staff and nurses were lovely. Very stressful time.
L. T.Cerri and Clare are both fantastic really knowledgeable and caring towards the animals. Came for a second opinion. Travelled 30 minutes from home and well worth it. Excellent vets. Cannot fault their care. Highly recommend them!

I have used Vet 4 Pets in the past and have the Bulwell surgery close to home; which if I have and absolute emergency, I would take my boys.

M. W.First of all my four legged fur baby is my everything. He is the first dog I've had from a puppy and I love him to pieces.
We have been using vets 4 pets since we adopted him our little boy teddi and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Today was the first time he had to have a little operation and being put under is a risk no matter what age, breed or animal.
The veterinary staff Alex and reception staff Natasha and Mel have been absolutely fantastic with him as my boy also suffers with separation and crate anxiety. He has been in safe caring hands and is now back home with his mummy's a little sore and feeling sorry for himself but hes ok thank you everyone
