K. S.The stuff is always friendly and happy to help. They are very helpful and they have big network so whatever we needed (MRI, X ray, surgery, checks, paperwork for traveling) they did sorted out for us.

S.Took my cat as an emergency, they ran out with the credit card machine took £750 and checked we had insurance before they even looked/knew what was wrong with my cat. 4 weeks later I had to chase for my credit as paid too much. Really quick to take your money but no so quick to give you your over payment back!!!!
W. O.The patient is recovering fast and looks quite unaffected by the serious procedure she underwent, so I am most happy and grateful for the expert care. It was also very good to have a post-op conversation about her health and to have additional questions answered.
The one concern would be that the counter-indications of the medication the patient received were not discussed as she has a history of digestive trouble, although possibly for non-medical reasons. Also we lost a cat item at the practice. Overall great service though, thank you very much!

Everything was explained concisely and we were assured that should we need anything, then we were only to ask. Friendly, professional staff from the receptionists to the vets themselves. Thankyou isn’t enough.

The vet went above and beyond my expectations, she was very thorough, very informative and kind & gentle in her examination, I immediately felt reassured and confident my boy was in good hands. The pricing is very good, the consolation/examination, a general anaesthesia and two lots of medicines for less than pets at home charged me just to walk through the vets door (who was dismissive towards the gerbil I took there) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VETS AND I cannot thank them enough for treating my boy with same care and respect as a cat or dog.

They will go the extra mile to help your pet, which is what you want from a vet.
