As always, the staff at reception are very polite & welcoming. The Vet (Riette) is always friendly & reassuring. I feel at ease when my cat is in her care. She always does a thorough examination and gives advise if/where needed without putting pressure on you to make on the spot decisions.

Highly recommended all round. The vet we saw was so gentle with my animals, she was very calm and very friendly too. Credit also to the reception staff too as they are always very friendly and helpful, and they even had the flea and worming treatment out ready for when we arrived at our appointment (I hadn’t even asked for it, they just pre-emptied it!). My pets have been registered at the surgery for 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you for everything you do.

Very friendly and very caring towards my pet. The vet asked about any concerns I have? Vet explained in detail of treatment and further treatment. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, will do all they can to answer questions that you may ask.

There was no problem to get an appointment, all issues have been explained deeply and easy way to understand. All questions we had has been answered and explained too. People are very supportive and helpful either face to face or on the phone line. It was our first visit to Vets and husband, myself and Nelly, we all very impressed and happy. Ula was very ill and proper tests were done. Different treatment options were provided and delivered informative. When I called and needed to ask questions everyone was very friendly and phones were answered quickly. Nurses provided feedback that Ula behaved really well which was sweet to hear. Ula was all day at the vets and we all felt confident that we left Ula in good and capable hands. Thanks once again for helping Ula to get better.

Helpful and kind staff. only four star as when I called for an appointment for my dog who had something stuck in her throat the receptionist asked if I wanted an am or pm appointment. I obviously said asap and I was seen within 45 mins at which point my dog coughed it up chewed it and swallowed it in front of the vet, who kindly didn't charge for the appointment.

I give 4 out 5 stars because it depends who you deal with in the vet department. The shop is great and has a very wide range of food ,toys & accessories, pet clothes, live animals and a groom room that my dogs love.

I went to pick up my pets flea/treatment. The staff were very pleasant. The area was well thought out with covid restrictions in place. I felt confident in the environment. The check out staff were also very friendly.

They have been so caring and supportive and professional in how they've cared for our dog Bobby through cancer and leg surgery. They have always been the perfect blend of providing the best service while also making sure they don't cost you money unnecessarily. They've been very honest and thoughtful at all times. For example, they recommended not having radiotherapy because it would not be as effective on the tiny amount of cancer that was left after the lump had been removed (they couldn't remove more without severing a tendon). Bobby has recovered wonderfully and they always remember his name and take the time to ask after him. Caring, professional, kind and value for money.

Prompt and efficient service. Always able to get an appointment, usually same day or within an hour for emergencies. A bonus is that they are open 7 days a week, 'Sod's Law' dictates that an emergency always happens at the weekend! Friendly reception staff

I had a bad experience from another vet where things were not explained to me properly and the after care was awful - the service I received at companion care was amazing, the vet was so knowledgeable and compassionate, made me feel at easy when I had a really poorly dog, dealt with the situation efficiently and phoned me the next morning as promised

really lovely friendly staff they know every thing about each section of the store eg what dog food is better than another suited to your pet. theres vets on site a groomers pets allowed in. yet still emaculatly clean. they lost half a star only due to the live bugs we need are not always the best condition eg half dead or or not had a delivery but this isnt often and i shouldnt really be picky

Been taking my Staffordshire bull terrier Zara to companion care for nearly 6 years. We have frequent visits due to her allergies. They are amazing with her and have given me so much knowledge on food and skin allergies and how to treat her at home with the different medications and skin care. Wouldn’t take my Zara anywhere else.

I absolutely love rihette and the team. I have my own cat called honey but previously lived at home with my family car treacle (3 legs) she was operated on and looked after for months at companion care vets and each and every time I go back everyone genuinely remembers her and their love for animals cometelty warms my heart. They go above and beyond although it's a shame the waiting area isn't larger in times of covid. Everything else is always perfect x

Pet store and vet clinic. Has all range of pet food, from cheaper to more expensive brands as well as live pets (rabbits, hamsters, fish) and anything that you would need. The Vet is also nice, i treated my cat there.
