Everyone I've ever spoken to has been very friendly. I bring all my pets here and have never had a bad experience. Everyone tries to help. They were very kind and attentive when my cats went in for surgery. You also get text reminders of appointments and when to worm and flea your pets which is handy. They also offer the pet health club discounts from their website.

Easy to set up appt with prompt response by phone after email booking request. Phone on arrival and wait in car park. Busy clinics, so delay, but happy to do so in warm car. Vet collected pet from car after quick chat about issue. Vet brought pet back with comprehensive briefing and I bought medication and paid for consultation at reception. Also fed back details of existing treatment by email and fast response back. Excellent service could not be faulted

Brilliant services and wonderful staff; I refuse to take my pets anywhere else! The staff have always been very understanding and really kind hearted towards me and my animals; we've not once had a problem there and have been with them for well over a year now! Their Price range is not to high and is definitely worth every penny considering the quilty service given. Not once have any of my pets come home looking upset or uncomfortable from a visit, nor with any infections or anything that would come to concern atall! I would 100% recommend!

Love the staff members, really kind and helpful 🥰. I feel confident to take my Honey to the vet. What I have noticed is that they really care and love pets. Example after one consultation, they hand it back my cat and they made sure that she seats comfortable on her pillow in her cage. Makes a lot a small touch of attention. Well done

This practice has been amazing. My dog loves everyone there, unfortunately he's needed many surgeries and they have been genuinely caring and always gone above and beyond. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The vets have always been kind, caring and efficient x I have been with this vet one way or another for over thirty four years first with the family pet dog and then to my cat who the helped throughly all the way to the end where the treated him with dignity and now my beautiful dog silver who in her few short months of visiting them they have been fantastic with her.

My first trip here was disappointing to say the least. My guinea pig Hektor was incredibly sick, he was prescribed medicam then discharged with the instructions to monitor him. After three trips and no treatments other than pain relief I made the choice to end his suffering. More recently they've been working with my guinea pig dovahkiin who is 5/6 years old and losing massive amounts of weight, while they don't know what's wrong with him their care for him has been incredible and is the only thing that saved this from being a 1* review.

I have been taking my pets for around 8 years. There are friendly and helpful. When our beloved 19 year old cat was very ill they were very supportive during a very difficult time. I take my 4 cats and new puppy for check ups and treatment. I will not go anywhere else. Been again recently and the staff were so kind and looked after our Cat when she was poorly and supported us during a difficult time. Wonderful and caring staff.

Lovely, friendly, caring staff who clearly do their best for every animal that comes through their door. Unfortunately our old dog suffered a stroke and he had to be put down, the staff were caring and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Such discretion and respect. Without their care and comfort, he may have gone in horrible way. And then they sent us a lovely condolescence card through the post, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this veterinary surgery for all your animal needs!

OK, the waiting room is a bit cramped, but the staff are friendly and the doctors know their stuff. I've brought my furry bundle of joy twice there because he sometimes can't stop itching and both times I have been seen within a few minutes of my booked appointment.

after going to another practice and not being happy with their diagnoses. I took my cat here she was given a full check up and treated for her illness. The vet explained exactly what was wrong and came up with a plan on how to treat our cat which was very affordable. Wish we had come here originally. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. If you are registered they seem to bend over backwards for you. If you sign up to the pet plan it's even better as you get worming flea treatment as well as checkups as part of it highly recommended.

My dog, Dino, has always received top quality medical care and equally important the staff (from receptionists through nurses and vets) have shown him affection. This was demonstrated when he was attacked by another dog. Dino was seen without an appointment and treated straight away. I am extremely grateful to have such a good practice on my doorstep.

Are used for the vets in Plymstock they're generally very friendly and attentive to my dog's needs no nasty surprises on the bill as most things are discussed with the vet they have a good pet plan which eliminates nasty surprises for injections and general well being I have always used this vet and the course will recommend it for staff as in the vets are very friendly and dedicated

We have been using Elm Veterinary Group for many years. As we have quite a family of pets, Chinchillas, Rottweilers and an African Grey, we are often at the surgery. They all are, vets, nurses and reception staff (especially Tasha) more than helpful and very welcoming. I would have no qualms in recommending this practice to anyone.
