Costa has provided an excellent service. Along with his assistant, he came to check our new puppy and give him his shots. They were extremely professional, courteous and kind and very thorough. We look forward to continuing our pet care with them. Thank you.

We had our boy since he was 10 weeks old and at 14 he was in pain and his quality of life was reduced. As he found going to the vets stressful, we agreed we would have him euthanised at home so he would be in his own environment with all his family. Our vet didn’t do home visits, but recommended Costa. Our home is now empty and we are still all in bits, but we know we made the right decision. Costa and Eva were kind, patience and showed compassion for our boy and us. It wasn’t rushed and we were given time to say our goodbyes. They made a very difficult experience more humane.

Costi could not have been more caring for my Westie Lola, and my elderly cat Maggie. He listens to the problems, forms a plan between himself and client for the best needs of the animal, and consults in a professional and friendly manner. He makes time for your pet, and sets them at ease. Highly recommended from Lola, Maggie and I.

I had my German Shepherd dog for 13 years and earlier this year, his back legs had finally given up. This was an extremely distressing time for me because I knew that he would need to be euthanised and he detested going to a vet. In my distress I called the vet and spoke to Costi about my dilemma. Costi was such a kind and calming person and assured me that he would come to my house in order to perform this distressing task. Costi did not rush me into making my final decision but advised me that I should take my time and contemplate what I had decided. A few days later I called Costi and authorised this process to commence. Costi came to my house and made me feel very relaxed. He did not rush the process, which helped immensely. I cannot speak highly enough of Costi, he clearly has a genuine love for animals and fully understands the pain and distress that one encounters when losing a ‘best friend’. My dog passed away in the best possible way, in the best possible surroundings and completely painlessly. Thank you Costi Michael.

Costa made the worst days of my life bearable when we had to have our beloved Husky Kai put to sleep a few weeks ago. We called him out of desperation as none of the local vets (ours included) could not help our boy become free from pain once and for all. Costa was kind, compassionate and help us make a decision we didn’t want to make by ourselves. When a vet cares about the welfare of the animals you know you’re in good hands, we certainly were. To Euthenaise our Friend Diesel. Service was ok, unfortunately we could not hear the vet very well. Vet in Bognor + one assistant drove from Bognor to Pagham, say 12 mile round trip. Duration of visit, less than 45 minutes One sedation, 2 x Euthenaise drug. Cost £350.00 !! Disgusting frofiteering at a time of Great sadness & Stress! Paid by card, No official reciept. Payment paid same day, Mid afternoon. I have text to prove this. Not our fault your card machine did'nt work!! Weather was OK, not raining. Other vets available but not so local.
