However, the most amazing thing that I discovered about Burns this morning is the standard of the customer service / nutritional advice they offer.
I'd recently changed the type of Burns food I've been feeding my lab and emailed a couple of questions about it. One of their rockstar staff, Laura Dunford sent me a quick and really considered response and asked me some pertinent questions about my dog.
We exchanged a couple of emails and she was super helpful.
Her response taught me things I'd never given too much thought to so I'll now go back and check exactly how much I feed him - and aim to get closer to the figure they suggest.
Awesome nutritional advice / customer service that so many other companies could learn from.
