Our pet has stayed several times with the Cat Cwtch and I can’t recommend them enough! Emma and Carly are both caring and very professional. They always take excellent care of our cat and are always available if you need any pictures and videos. We love that there are webcams so we can check anytime we would like. Having the Cat Cwtch brings us great peace of mind when on holiday. Thank you again for being so great!

First time in 3 years we had left our cat Ralph and was nervous to say the least. There was no need to be anxious as he was well looked after and having the Web cam app was brilliant. Would definitely use The Cat Cwtch again.

I’ve never used a cattery before but I was moving house and it was my only option. When I asked for recommendations on Facebook Cat Cwtch got so many it was a no brainer. Emma and Carly put my mind at rest from first contact. They went above and beyond to calm me down and collected Sparrow at a time suitable for me. He’s a nervous cat but they gave me constant reassurance that my boy was safe and so well looked after. I didn’t need to provide the plug in calmer I’d bought as they already had one there. The webcam is a fantastic idea and they even sent me pics without me asking and answered quickly every time I checked in. When they dropped him at my new house (again so accommodating with times) he was soo happy, he purred all night even though it was another huge upheaval. I was blown away with the attention they gave him. I can’t recommend the girls enough and if I needed him to stay somewhere again it would definitely be here!!! Thank you both so much ❤️❤️🐾

Couldn't ask for a better place for our cats to stay while we were away. They are very friendly and caring cat lovers and people who I trust completely to look after our cats. All the needs of the cat were exceeded and after two stays with the Cat Cwtch the two cats have gone from shy on their first visit to vocal and adventurous on the second visit. Can't wait for them to stay there again 😁

Just left our 8 year old cat there, who had never stayed away from home before, she was very anxious to say the least. The staff were outstanding with her and by the time we picked her up she was totally relaxed . Brilliant place to leave your cat I can’t thank the staff enough. She was well cared for.

Clean, safe, spacious accommodation, with a very friendly owner that clearly loves her job. Plenty of toys for my kitten to play with and plenty of space for him to run around and climb. Also very much enjoyed keeping an eye on him with the cameras! Would highly recommend and definitely will be using again :)

I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with The Cat Cwtch, they are absolutely amazing, the facilities are so clean and very professional, they are very knowledgeable and have thought of everything to make your cat feel safe and at home, they even have a Cat Cam which was brilliant to use, my daughter loved being able to to just log in and see our beloved pet it certainly gave us reassurance and we enjoyed our holiday without any worries. Both Carly and Emma were extremely helpful and friendly and it is clearly obvious the love they have for animals, the facilities are 5 star and well recommended, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be using their services again.

It was Sweeties 1st time away from home. The lovely lady who booked her in really made me feel comfortable leaving my gorgeous girl. Her pen was super cool, with lots off room. 3 beds to choose from too. It was great checking in on her via the Web cam (although I thought I had logged out on the 2nd day. 🙈) picking sweetie up, she was so relaxed bless her. I've recommended The Cat Cwtch to family and friends. I'm defenatly using them again too. 5stars ladies

Our cat stayed at the Cat Cwtch for 5 nights in December. We were a bit nervous to leave her somewhere because we haven't left her anywhere before. But the Cat Cwtch was amazing and Phoebe enjoyed her stay. Emma and Carly were really professional and friendly. They are very easy to contact. The pods were very clean and spacious equipped with multiple beds to choose from, scratching post, toys and litter tray. The webcam feature provided extra peace of mind if needed but we didn't need to check many times as we knew Phoebe was in such safe hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. If you want somewhere to leave your cat and you won't feel guilty, then this is the cattery! 🤗 Looking forward to Phoebe's next stay 👍

Highly recommended - fantastic luxury accommodation to ensure that your cat has their own holiday when you are away! I loved the fact that I could view my cat live on CCTV 24 hours a day whilst abroad, it was so reassuring to know that she was ok. The owners are genuine animal lovers who take an interest in your cats individual needs to ensure that their routine is continued when in their care. I knew that my cat was in safe hands and look forward to using this cattery again. Thank you very much!!

Emma is fantastic. She listens and provides a fantastic service for both the cat and owners. We have left our cat with Emma on two occasions totalling 6 nights and on both stays I have thoroughly enjoyed watching her on the web cam. The care, cleanliness and time that Emma gives to your cat is outstanding. Anyone looking for a cattery look no further, the cat cwtch is really impressive and would recommend you go for a visit to meet Emma and view the facilities that she has to offer.

The annexe where the cats are kept is lovely and excellently maintained. The attention provided and the experience in cat care is really what encouraged me to book here after coming to view the accommodation, and the fact you can check in whenever you want provided extra reassurance that she was being looked after. Would definitely book again and it made the time away more enjoyable knowing that she was safe and happy!

We took out cat to The Cat Cwtch for a two week stay and we were very impressed. The attention to detail and quality of care given to our pet was first class, as was the communication prior to the stay - all questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Our cat hadn't stayed in a cattery before but was spoiled rotten as seen on the excellent individual cctv camera coverage - in fact, he didn't really want to leave! I wasn't sure about doing this review as I wanted to keep the place a secret, but that wouldn't be fair! First class. Rebecca

Carly and Emma really do care for each feline friend who stays with them. Each Pen has it's own CCTV feed so that owners can see their furry friends wherever in the world they may be via an app.

Excellent service at this new cattery. Our two cats were so well looked after, they didn't seem to want to leave when we went to collect them! Being able to check in on them via the video app was an added bonus. We will definitely use the Cat Cwtch again.

Well what a fantastic place to send your feline companion to for a stay. It is pure 5* luxury for your cat, it really is. The place is exeptionally clean,is kept tidy by emma & carly & most of all they adore each and everyone of the cats that stay with them. My Milo was stress free,relaxed and his coat was immaculate when i picked him up. Also they have a camera in every cubicle so that you can see your furry friend 24hrs a day if you want. Honestly a human wouldn't have been treated better. Im so happy that i have found such honest and dedicated people to look after my forever friend. You are both amazing for the work you do. This cattery is definitely got the 5☆ experince from state of the art webcam so you can check your cat 24 hrs a day to your cat being shower with all the attention he / she could want the facilities are all high end and spotlessly clean the Emma & Carly are the 2 ladies that own that cat cwtch i can speak from my experince whilst my boy was staying with them were so amazing giving my boy everything possible to make his stay happy they go over and above what is required of them to make your cat happy i shall definitely be using them again would highly recommend them if you want that 5☆ treatment for your fur baby x
