I have heard a few mixed reviews. But I can honestly say that they was amazing very lovely staff they kept me with regular updates when my cat was in have his operation. My cat has healed up nicely.

I have been using the vets for 12 years. All the staff are friendly and very efficient at every visit. I have never been rushed through any apppointments and they make sure you are happy with treatments and answers to any questions you have. I like the fact that they take really good care of your pets in the way they treat them, handle them and talk to them as it can be quite a tense and possibly traumatic experience for an animal going to the vets.

Took my dog in with a minor worry about excessive violent sneezing and was seen within an hour of asking. A quick, professional and friendly check carried out and all worries put to rest very quickly. The receptionist was very helpful at all times and the vet truly loves her job and the animals she treats, not got a bad word to say about them.

Highly recommend Drove - easy to get appointments, the staff are all friendly. At their hospital they were incredibly kind and understanding when my cat was seriously ill and had to be put down. Amazing service and kindness shown.

I've been a customer with Drove in one form or another way back when they were based on Drove Road in Old Town.....so probably about 38 years ! I mostly use the Stratton Branch, but I could use any of the Branches if needed as your [pets] details are on a system that each Branch can access. The staff at Stratton (and at other Branches) are lovely, caring and have always done their best for us......even if my elderly muttley has shown her disgust and left them a "present" !! Thoroughly recommend.
