My staffie was very lethargic and passing blood. I rang the emergency line as it was out of hours. Within 20 mins of the call I was attending the vet hospital. The vet on duty was very thorough with his examination and analysis of what the problem was. He explained the various courses of action I could take, with a view on being as cost efficient as possible. My dog was admitted to the hospital and the treatment he received got him sorted and back home in no time. A very professional and empathetic service. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent service overall. Thank you Vets Now for your reassuring help and advice.

I drive 75 mins each way to bring my bearded dragons to Vets Now Swindon - they're that good! They have truly specialist knowledge of exotic animals and have been able to help where others have failed. Best of all, everyone from the reception staff to the vet nurses and vets are the friendliest, kindest and most caring professionals I've ever encountered. Why would you go anywhere else?

We had a slight emergency with our puppy and the team at Wroughton were great. We were kept informed throughout the evening and following morning and picked her up less than 24hrs after she went in.

Couldn't get through on the phone... On hold for 10 minutes. Cat was in alot of shock and receptionist wanted to fill in forms before taking the cat in despite being registered at the vets forever. Only asked my details and not the cats clinical history. I'm confident they need to know this when treating the cat. Very expensive compared to other vets

We were very worried with our cat, she had painful ears and her eyes were weeping. We tried our usual vet but we were redirected to a vet in Swindon due to the Easter weekend. We had a call back from the vet within an hour She explained things further and said that if we needed to visit the Swindon center we could. We took our cat to the center. The service was excellent. The lady vet. we saw was brilliant and did take time to explain what had happened and the treatment she gave. Can't thank them enough.

What amazing people. Poppy the duck was very poorly when she first came here having managed to swallow a piece of wire which had gone through her stomache and into her hip.The staff at Vets Now Swindon have worked wonders to sucessfully remove the wire helping to get her back on her feet and putting that smile back on her face. From my first experience with Vets Now 2 years ago, it wasn't a good one. We had to visit again, and the staff were brilliant, from the first telephone call to taking my cat home. All staff were amazing. And huge thank you to Charles who dealt with Clyde, we thought you were the best so kind and caring, and a great sense of humour ,we wish you were our Vet all the time.

Really pleased with the care we received for our dental Guinea pig. Every one we came in contact with was calm, professional but friendly. I really loved that you dealt with the same vet each time and that they remembered little details about your pet. It made me feel relieved that they would be in safe hands. They also had great communication amongst themselves if another member of the team needed to pick something up. We dealt with Ashton, Tom and Stacey. They have a great balance of care vs. getting your pet back home with you. Great follow up afterwards too. Was so reassuring to know that there was someone there 24hrs that you could call on. Great if you need care slightly "out of the box" or something your GP vets can't offer/provide. Thanks so much for all you've done!

Extremely disappointed to have to travel 25 miles to Swindon for emergency out of hours care as the VetsNow surgery covering our area was “closed for the weekend” with no notice of this given on our own vet’s website. Not good enough. Had we not received unparalleled care from VetsNow (Drove Veterinary Hospital) in Swindon, my rating would have been considerably lower. I can’t fault the care provided in Swindon. Wonderful staff who provided regular updates to distraught pet-parents and a with a very positive outcome. Also praise due to VetsNow call answering which was efficient and sympathetic providing excellent follow up with text directions and Covid safe instructions.

I cannot thank Vet's Now for the care of my baby girl, Lila the cat. She was in a bad way after being transferred for overnight care from my usual vets. I'd never heard of them before and was unwlaware that my usual vets didn't have any overnight care (this is only one of 2 emergency vets in Swindon!) and she was being transferred overnight. When we arrived the receptionist was absolutely brilliant with me as I was in such a emotional state and she was so informative about what I needed to do about my insurance etc as its the first time in 5 years I've ever had to claim for a pet of mine. The vet was absolutely amazing at consoling me and explaining everything they were going to do and how much it would cost and spoke to Lila like I would and was warm and caring which is what I seek in a vet. I felt they had more compassion and love for my animal than them being just a number. I can't fault their care and if I lived closer they would be my first choice of vet in any case. It's reassuring to know that there is somewhere in Swindon you can go to in an emergency and have them cared for. Thank you for looking after my runaway house cat!

I brought in my old Jack Russell who was distressed and breathless. We were seen and looked after very promptly and efficiently by a young vet called Rosa, who scanned Molly and said that her heart was enlarged and failing. Unfortunately there was no hope of saving her and she had to be put to sleep but it was done in compassionate and unhurried way so that I had time to say goodbye and be with my pet at the end. Thank you for your TLC. It was expensive but definitely worth it and I would recommend Vets Now, Swindon, to anyone.

Over the weekend my cat had difficulties during her labour which resulted in her needing an emergency ceserean. The team were incredible, very quick with their actions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very kind and caring staff. Was told a vet would ring prior to my dog having a ct scan but I had to ring on the afternoon before his appointment to find out if he needed to fast, etc. Was not told that there is a £60 charge for a ‘fast-track’ results service and due to a tight budget we went with the ‘standard’ timescale (hopefully 5 working days). My dog took a turn for the worse, and after some persuasion I was grateful that VetsNow kindly agreed to ring the ct scan laboratory to enquire when his result would be ready. We got the result the following day, and I feel this was due to the intervention (at no extra cost). Thank you, VetsNow!

The receptionist From the Swindon clinic was very helpful and kind with everything dealing with the passing of my cat. I think her name was Karen. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet any of the vets and receptionists who helped due to covid. But I just want to say thank you to them.

The majority of the staff here are super friendly and caring, the vets were brilliant when my dog neeeded urgent care. They let me visit her and sit with her for comfort. They kept me updated through the night and they didn't mind me calling up for updates the following day. They claim directly back from Petplan as well which is a massive help.

As a bit of background, my 3 kittens were neutered on the same day, I did the typical ‘Mum’ thing and panicked when one of them seemed off and looked like they’d pulled their surgery site apart. I panic rang and a vet called me back who explained everything to me (again mind) and I didn’t have to pay anything for this. Both consultants I spoke to were polite, made me laugh considering the circumstance, reassured me, gave me all options and text me the link to their address incase if emergency! No fuss, no issue. Luckily my girls are all fine :)

My cat was admitted with pancreitis on Saturday. He was looked after really well and on Monday referred to Bristol specialist. They kept me updated and were happy for me to visit for cuddles. Felt very secure leaving him there, that he was being well looked after.

Our 20 year old Jack Russell was very ill and was seen as an emergency here on Wednesday 12 Sep 18 The Vet and Assistant were compassionate and understanding as Rocky had to be put to sleep. This was in the early hours and we were allowed to stay with Rocky for some time after he was put to sleep. Thank you to all who were there for us and Rocky and looked after us all. Yes, the cost was expensive because it was out-of-hours but what price do you give for a much loved pet that has given years of loyal devotion

I was incredibly poorly recently with a bad case of haemorrhagic gastroenteritis. The vets at Vets Klinic looked after me swiftly and efficiently making sure I was on the road to recovery as soon as possible. What I really loved about them was the broad experience they have which comes with a large team of professionals. The follow up care, which is ongoing, is also most impressive. Highly recommended.

Took my tiny tiny disabled rescued budgie Joey for a check up after rushing her in last week due to broken blood feathers. Vet Sara Jones and team excellent the medication has perked Joey up a lot check for other things had her claws done. Also took my 2 untamed rescued cockatiels smudge and Spike had their claws and brakes done they had anaesthesia to make it less stressful. All birds fine and one happy paront. Definitely recommend vets now for your exotics. We travel from Wales to get my birds treated.
