The staff at this practice are very approachable, helpful and kind. I have taken my pet cat here for 2 years now and I have always had a great service from all involved and reassurance when my timid cat has been unwell. The team also handle insurance claims efficiently. Definitely recommend this vets!

Very good customer service and actually advised me I did not need to have my dogs nails clipped which saved me money. Whereas some places would happily do it and charge even if not required. My dog has no anxiety with the vets and believe it is because of how patient they are and understanding.

Very helpful. Found a cat in my garden, thin & obviously lost (had been missing for days) . They checked her over & scanned her for a chip, called owners & she was reunited that night with her family. Beautiful cat too!!❤

I saw a female veterinary today at 9.50 now she was very caring with my dog since these veterinary have changed hands last year I really feel that they put money 💰 before looking after the animals. I no a lot of people have charged veterinary because of this. They don't like have to go through insurance company as they say they loose money rubbish. I can only think that they must be charging us far to much and the insurance company tells them. I'm disabled so this veterinary is the best one for me to use. It's close to my home. Or i would change. Money 💰 mad I'm afraid 😨

Extremely good vet. Great with my cat. Very thorough examination and discussed the options available to the cat and which course of treatment would be best. Prices are reasonable as the staff are aware of the differing budgets that people may have. All the staff are helpful and pleasant.

Gladstone vets are as good as you get from the experiences I have had there with my dog. Profesional and caring is a understatement, you can really tell the staff are all animal lovers and this alone sets them apart from many other vets, not to mention the fact that their prices are far better then others I have been to. A serious operation cost half as much at this practise and the service was much better. All staff are very helpful and freindly and this helps a lot when you are already stressed about leaving you're beloved pet with them. I honestly can't say enough about these guys.

The whole team at Gladstone are so wonderful, we rescued a very scared feral kitten four years ago and have only ever used Gladstone. We were recommended by family friends and have never had a bad experience. They are very kind, patient and caring towards our very nervous cat, which really does make all the difference! And under their advice she has flourished. They don't mind the odd phone call here and there with basic questions such as 'my cat just ate this..' and 'is this meant to happen?' - first time cat owner over here haha - and I always get friendly and professional advice over the phone even before the pandemic! Was sad to hear Mr & Mrs Niehoegen and Jessica have now moved onto pastures new because they were all incredible, but wish them all the best for their retirement and new adventures ahead! However so far so good with the new team and I hope they continue the great work started by the Niehoegens and Jessica. Verity & Espresso! (meow!)

Excellent, very helpful and friendly, unfortunately I later found that nobody at the practice is officially qualified with the BVA or other body to practice Cardiology as an expert. It is a pity that the vets do not take the appropriate exams with the BVA to back themselves.

Wasnt happy by the diagnosis my dog had a sesure and all they could say it was fleas. Which i dont believe it was since the person who first set the vet up as now sold the vets to someone else it dosent seem the same any more sorry

Have been going to Gladstone vets for over 13years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel like the vets are personal friends. They know our dog like their own and they always put you at ease, and explain what the problem is and how they are going to treat it. The atmosphere is always friendly and the service is second to none

For the 18 months I was in Shropshire I used this vets on numerous occasions for my dogs. Brilliant. Clean place. Polite, friendly staff and the vets are confident and knowledgeable so you feel comfortable with them treating your animals. There's parking available right outside usually.

Great veterinarians. But my gosh the prices of the prescription medication is steep. Looked everything up online and it was almost if not more than quadruple the price for some of the drugs. Everyone wants there pets to be as well as possible but it's no wonder some don't bother to take care when your slapped with a bill you have no choice but to pay! I think disscusions should take place before hand on costs and how and if you can pay.

Omgosh jess the vet has looked after my clab jake for 14 years.
