J. M.I rang this vet practice while on holiday in the area as I noticed what I thought was tick on my dog after just completing a walk. As I have never seen a tick before I was unsure how to remove it and was a bit concerned as it was just above my dogs eyeline. They told me to take my dog over to them when it was convenient for me which I did straight away. They took my dog into the practice and removed the tick handing him back in minutes. I asked how much and they said there was no charge, how is that for excellent customer service.
