All of the staff and veterinary professionals are always friendly helpful and cheerful. They are always helpful and friendly when we visit. (My cats and I) The veterinary practice is always clean and tidy and I would definitely and do recommend to my friends and family or anyone who is in need of a great veterinary service. I’ve been coming to North of years and I really appreciate the separate area for dogs and cats as my cats can be quite anxious when they see dogs.

I am super happy with Nortdale Vets, I never had a problem with them. They are all super friendly and very helpful. I was very worried about my cat what I thought she was kicked by someone on her side as she had discomfort and pain, turns out she was in a fight with another cat, but Northdale Vets had seen me on the same day even though they were full, which I very grateful for and my cat (Honey). I couldnt recommend them enough.

Reception staff are welcoming and very friendly, helping to put both pets and owners at ease. The reception area is clean and there are clear areas to separate dogs and cats, crucial if, like me, you have nervous cats. All the vets and nurses are professional and extremely knowledgeable. We have been coming to Northdale for a very long time and would definitely recommend them, whichever special family member needs their attention!

Great vets. Northdale have looked after my dogs and my puppies. There highly experienced surgeons have performed various operations on my dogs and puppies. I have found them to be very competitive with their prices. They care and sent me a bunch of flowers when I had to have my 10 month old FB pup put to sleep.

Relatively new to this vet and they’re great. When we needed an emergency visit the fitted us in and have been great with my pup. We’ve been a few times for flea stuff etc and they always spoil pup if they have time. As a result she pulls excitedly to go in there - much better than having her scared. The medical stuff u can’t really judge, you have to work on trust and all seems great. The friendly personal touch is first class!

Great group of vetinarians who offer a really lovely, caring service from a very professional surgery with quiet area for the pets that need it. Our tiny fur baby loves it there, look at this for a happy face. Plus, in these trying times, they are very covid aware & work to keep everyone safe :)

When my cat was spayed, she came home in perfect health - no pain and happy as usual. We have the health care plan, so we get great service at great prices - free flea and worm treatment, free Vaccination and check-ups, free microchip, and discounts on spaying and food. Its excellent value for money.

Excellent fast service that inspired confidence. My pet terrier had those arrow-like grass seed-heads embedded deep in both ears which is potentially very dangerous but the vet saw her quickly at 8am in the morning, had to sedate her but within half an hour had removed them in a most efficient and professional way. He was also very friendly, had the human touch and it was obvious that he cared so thankyou Northdale for creating a very happy dog once again!

Visited the vets yesterday for my cat’s booster vaccinations. We waited outside as per the ‘new normal’ . There was a gazebo and chairs. I felt my cat was actually much more relaxed by this as she didn’t realise she was at the vets!! As always the staff were very friendly and vet excellent. She came out relaxed and purring! This is a great vet surgery. The staff, from reception through to the vets themselves, are warm and caring - it really shows that they are all about the patients. They also do a brilliant Pet Health Club - for a really small amount each month, you get all your flea and working treatments, checkups, nail clippings and loads more, which saves a lot on getting the treatments individually. Really strongly recommended!

Waited outside for 3/4 hour past appontment time with a nervous pooch..not ideal for a first impression but maybe they were busy with emergencies..very good when I finally saw someone ..young receptionist was new I think and still having to check everything with a senior collegue but got it all done in the end

Wonderful local vets, really caring and professional staff. I took my gerbil, Klaus in as he'd developed a wound on his tum. They saw me the very day I called. Reception staff were actively interested in all the visitors, and put me and Klaus at ease! Richard, the vet was excellent - experienced, gentle, and wonderfully empathic when sadly delivering bad news. Klaus is still with me for now, and comfortable in his twilight years thanks to all at Northdale.

I transfered the medical care of my dog to Northdale about a year ago after losing faith in my previous vets. Northdale staff (vets, nurses) act totally in the animals best interest, give the owner time to discuss any medical issues and provide good advice centred around the welfare of the animal. We had our Labrador neutered in September and can't fault the practice or vets in any way. I expected each little thing to be an expense, extra check ups because he was still swollen, extra antibiotics, etc. but in fact these were mostly part of the price of the operation. The staff were also very thorough in explaining what was happening and how well he'd be looked after. Would definitely recommend.
