D. D.Great practice. Alfie has recently been diagnosed with Diabetes. The care, treatment and explanations have been first rate. Apart from treatment, just getting a call to see how Alfie has been getting on since his last visit means a lot and when he was in for 3 days they called me twice a day with updates. Even asked us on a Sunday if we wanted to visit Alfie. A Sunday!!! It’s not just about treatment and money. They’re patient, kind and professional. They don’t just look after your loved one, they genuinely care. They also look after you too. (Our insurance is now being used, but they don’t treat us any differently ). Thank you to all the vets, nurses and receptionists. We appreciate everything you’re doing.

R. C.Howells saved my cats life. The care, concern and attention given during her diagnosis and treatment by every member of staff was superb. I even had calls during weekend evenings while my cat was hospitalised updating progress. She was close to deaths door when we went in for the emergency appointment at 6.00pm on a Friday evening. Immediately hospitalised and put on a drip.
Aftercare now she is recovering is thorough and caring. 5 stars isn't enough.
