K. B.When ever we have to go to the practice at Crockey hill we are always treated very well. My dog bobby gets a bit over exited but the staff there are very nice and understanding.Have been going there for a number of years now with previous dogs and now with bobby. Highly recommended
M. P.The care and compassion from all the staff throughout the Minster Veterinary practices, that our family have had contact with, has always been excellent. They have looked after all of our animals with the same level of kindness and expertise from our hens to our cats and dogs. We have recommended Minster Vets to our friends who have been equally delighted by the warmth and care they have received upon their visits. The emergency availability at their Salisbury Road practice is a truly excellent service not available with so many other practices. On the occasions we have had to use this service the local aspect and the easy access to our vets has reduced stressful, upsetting incidents hugely. We will continue to use and recommend Minster Vets as their genuine love of animals and their kind, caring, customer service are an excellent support to our pet filled family.
