Cloud Web Solutions reached out to me earlier this year after I was inquiring to many website developers. Despite quite a few responses, Jack from CWS has been the most responsive person in any business that I have met which had impressed me to say the least during our back and forth email communications regarding what I was looking for. It was a very swift experience from Jack understanding our concept to us singing a deal with Jack to carry out the development for us. You'd initially believe that it is too good to be true with how rapid he is in the initial phase, however almost one year into our development, Jack has never dropped the service standards he has been offering from the get go and for that, we could not recommend anyone better to do the job for you with the consistency and dedication he has for customers!

Have to start by disagreeing with the last review, by Sohail, on two counts. Firstly Jack (the main person) is a designer; and I want a designer to be knowledgeable, proficient at what they do and produce great work - I don't need him or her to be chatty and friendly. Secondly, in this case I found Jack to be warm and engaging. Yes he is to the point but I want that. The fact is, both Jack and Carly produced great work and seem lovely, genuine and warm people. At least that's my experience. They produced a great looking and functioning website that superseded my previous website, which is all I could ask. They're both super-responsive people who worked hard and diligently to produce great work. So much so, they're now working on the website of my friend and colleague.

I'm not sure what side of the planet Harry Williams stepped out of because his review is absolute c**p! I had been toying with the idea of using Cloud Web Solutions for a while and finally took the plunge on 8th November. Within a week I had a new initial concept complete with new (better) logo and then the full concept. Within 2 weeks my website is now completely live and I couldn't be happier with it! Women at reception is lovely, welcoming and really into her work. The guy who is the main person handling your work is very limited, non welcoming and to the point person. Sales and customers are all about welcoming and smile.
