M. T.I work for a small charity, Rahela Trust who work to fight for women's education in Afghanistan.
It was my mission to set up Microsoft Office for the growing team so we'd have solid foundations for the future as we grow, and increase efficient communication and exchange of information between us and our in-country coordinators.
Unfortunately, I hit a road block in my mission and couldn't overcome an IT issue - but as a fledgling charity we didn't have the budget to spend on professional help!
I outreached to Impact IT and they were absolutely amazing and agreed to donate their services to help. They were patient when I explained the issue I was facing and super effective in solving it.
