Working with Lauren and her team was an absolutely flawless experience. As someone with zero tech/design experience, I was initially nervous and intimidated by the entire process. Lauren has an unbelievable ability to make you feel entirely at ease and was able to understand my vision for a website immediately. The end product that she and her team created was even better than what I could have imagined. Outstanding design, excellent communication, and brilliant knowledge of the industry. I can't say enough good things about Star Mountain Design! Lauren and Aisha created a beautiful website for my digital marketing/copywriting business, Wildflower Digital. The portfolio section of my site was particularly important to me. Not only did they customize it to my needs, they absolutely smashed it. I get so many compliments on my site and am so pleased with the results. What's really unique about Star Mountain is its ability to execute projects with the professionalism and skill of a large agency and offer the personal touch of a small one. They were patient with me as I figured out my content (my business is new) and really walked me through the design process step-by-step without the usual design or web development jargon that would've made my eyes glaze over. If you're in the market for a website, I would highly recommend them. :)

Where to begin with how wonderful it was to work with Star Mountain! I am so awful with all things tech that writing and posting this review was a challenge, but as someone who is so reliant on reviews it felt wrong not to write something about this company. So, if posting reviews are tough, you can imagine how hard it was for me to navigate building my floral business’ website. That being said, I thought, “I’m smart, there are website builders… I can do this!” Well guess what? I COULD NOT! Enter Star Mountain. They were beyond helpful in giving me direction where I needed it and listening to my sometimes overwhelming creative input. They were able to help me rebrand my company and gave life to the logo I always imagined but didn’t have the skills to create. They were so patient with me I could not imagine the process going so well with anyone else. I have dealt with your standard “tech people” in the past and I was so worried it was going to be a similar experience, a lot of people telling me “well did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in” kind of nonsense. This was so far from that, I was able to text and email and get super fast responses back. The team was so amazing and thorough. They researched my business to see what my needs were, and were more aware of what my website needed than I was! For things that I’m not ready to dip my toe into yet, i.e. digital sales, they told me not to worry if I ever wanted to add it they would of course help me. It was just a true pleasure working with them, I can’t say enough nice things! My website speaks for itself now, and I can focus on what I do best, creating floral designs all while getting compliments on how lovely my website is (it works on phones too!!!!)

Lauren at Star Mountain did an INCREDIBLE job designing a unique logo for our non-profit, cat rescue group "Friends of Ferals." We trap, spay and neuter homeless cats/kittens and adopt out the ones that are friendly and care for the ones that are not in our feral colony. Very difficult to even imagine a logo that would capture the mission and spirit of our group. Lauren worked with us, asking all the right questions, teaching us about logo designs that would work best on future promotional merchandise - she thought of a lot of things we didn't even know to consider. She understood the image we wanted to create, and with a few quick revisions, she absolutely nailed it! Easy (and fun) to work with, very knowledgeable, and extremely creative, our group would HIGHLY recommend Star Mountain!
