Over the past few years Gnomen has come on in leaps and bounds. The team are very responsive and have worked hard to support all our needs. They are constantly looking to improve their product and identify technology solutions to help make the life in the estate agency world easier. An example of this is the recently added feature that allows properties to be released onto facebook immediately the property is added to the platform with out the need to go to facebook separately and post. Further there is always someone to talk to at the end of the phone if you don't know how to do something.

They have a good backup and support team who responds quickly to the issues faced by you within the minimum possible time. You can also track your repair and maintenance works very easily. Their development team is also extremely helpful if you want to have any management reports customised for your use. Having been a client of these guys for 9 years or so, I can honestly say I have never come across any other group that were as efficient and effective as these guys. The back end system is great, the customer service is outstanding and the quality of the products are top notch. Our previous suppliers were awful as they clearly had too many clients to deal with and the end result was an extremely shoddy website that didnt work, but after joining Gnomen we haven't looked back. When it came to having a new website, we gave them our specs, left them alone to get on with it and we ended up with a beautiful and very functional website which has received many compliments from our customers!
