This company is offering an incredible service by all means. I'm using their shared and reseller hosting services. The servers are fast, configured as promised and have been 100% reliable for me since over a year. But their strongest side is the customer support. I wouldn't even imagine getting replies to my tickets as fast. They usually take action in minutes. They even helped me solve a couple of problems not caused by them but myself. They have replied to my support e-mail on Christmas despite being a low priority one! Most recommended!

Note: I ran a hosting business for over 5 years, so understand the hosting industry fairly well. Many thanks Tommy - that was a ridiculously hard problem to solve, but ended up with a simple solution once you figured it out. To those with Plesk hosting - beware the Plesk CP doesn't always play nicely when trying to reset up a server based email account within windows 10 mail - you should ask for the correct server settings rather than rely on the ones given in Plesk control panel set up area! But many thanks Tommy for sorting this - I now have email again :)

Web servers aren't super fast if you go for the basic hosting option but you get what you pay for. I believe they have a reasonably priced premium service if you want to upgrade.

Works out a slight bit more per month (around 50p) than their competitors, but they also allow you to actually pay monthly rather than yearly or every quarter. The extra money is definitely worth spending for the quality of their support team, I usually get a reply within 20 minutes or so, even if the ticket is a low priority issue.

I could not be more wrong. In transferring my domain and setting up new E Mail accounts the support system is exemplary! The speed at which the support team respond wipes the floor with my domain provider. I can wholeheartedly recommend UWH not only for the cost effective, unlimited service but the British customer support team that are just fab. UPDATE: Since joining Unlimited the speed and quality of customer care seems to have gradually declined and we have now been forced to move to Siteground, who have a superb live chat function which helps you fix any problems quicker.

Was previously with a well known provider and noticed how unresponsive our site was becoming. After 3 months I moved to UWH. Within 2 hours of transfering my site over it was taken offline. I queried this, and it turned out it had been hacked to send spam emails. My previous host hadn't spotted this and it had been going on for months. UWH Reseller. I have a number of hosts, 3 x VPS and two resellers. I use other hosts for faster hosting and because I have some clients in Spain. The UWH Reseller is great for smaller clients accounts. In 7 years of using UWH there is only been a few short outages. I use a ping monitor on my computer to notice when there is an outage. Over the years all servers have problems or reset. UWH do have great uptime stats.
