I’m the Head of Events & Operations at ICE, one of the leading corporate agencies in the UK. Since 2002, we’ve been using Microsoft Act to manage every aspect of our business. The Act technology is now dated. The volume of data was causing it to operate increasingly slowly and to occasionally crash. I’d like to place formally on record just how pleased we have been with the services of Damien from Web Alliance. To put this into context, we have been using the same CRM for the past 9 years and although it didn’t work exactly the way we did, it worked, and it got the job done, and it allowed the company to grow to where it is today. However, as the company grew, so did the demands on us having 1 complete system without the extra need for spreadsheets, and files containing different pieces of information. Damien and Ashish came to visit us on a number of occasions before taking on this project. They (and us) needed to make sure that what we needed was achievable, and within our budget. We have been kemp informed every single step of the way through weekly check in calls, and are now in a position to completely switch from our old system. Between the two of us, we have designed a CRM suitable for a recruitment company that offers both permanent and temporary candidates. It talks to our payroll system and works flawlessly on a mobile phone. Additionally, the speed at which we can now register candidates, and get them out to work, has been taken down from about an hour, to under 10 minutes. This system is brilliant. It does EXACTLY what we want it to do, in a way EXACTLY the way we want it to. Furthermore, the system is now ours! We have all ownership rights to it, and have already agreed to start selling it to other recruitment companies that do the same as us. We could not be happier. A bespoke CRM system sounds an expensive solution for a small business like mine. However, when Ashish told me he designed the system around the way each client liked to work instead of them having to work the way the system works I was sold. I wanted very specific information around measuring my referral marketing plan. In particular to measure weighted activities into my business relationships and track the return on that investment in terms of referrals and sales. What we call our Scorecard. This used to be a tedious job each week that often was only half done. Ashish grasped what I wanted straight away and delivered a system that tallies that scorecard as an automatic feature of updating each person record as I go. What a huge saving in time and great data that I can analyse to make decisions. Along the way, he has shown great patience as I was learning as I went and therefore wanted many changes before we reached a system that really worked the way my brain does. He always responded with a cheery smile and nothing phased him. 9/02/2018 To whom it may concern. Around September last year we decided to look at installing a CRM system. We invited Web Alliance to quote us for something that would suit us. Ashish and Iram came to see us and after looking at the antiquated Excel system we were using for about 20 minutes and listening to us babbling on about what we wanted they assured us they knew exactly what we were looking for (surprised because we didn’t even know), and that they could deliver it in 16 weeks. About 3 weeks later we had the bare bones of our CRM for us to play with. The main thing we found was that it was really easy for us as it was written based on our own paperwork system only so much more efficient, e.g. we now only input information once as an enquiry, after that it’s simple to access by clicking a couple of buttons from that enquiry whether it's to quote, order processing, production planning etc.. right through to invoice and after. 9 weeks after that we were fully up and running, we were so pleased we have since gone on to incorporate our goods inwards and stock records into the system. To say I would highly recommend Web Alliance is a bit of an understatement, nothing seems to be impossible or a problem that they don’t sort out within a few hours, sometimes even minutes, I think their tag line should be “..yes we can do that..”. If anyone is thinking about installing a CRM or updating their existing CRM system, stop thinking and call them, I don't think you'll regret it.
