I met Damien and his friendly team for an initial discussion around the concept I wanted for my branding and website. Created a great website but the aftercare is lacking. They have blocked my emails from the business email address. I can only contact them by my own personal email. I have brought it to their attention but nothing has been done. I have spoken to another customer of theirs and they have had the same experience in this regard. I do however receive their monthly invoice, without delay, so I'm not sure what their issue is. Also, if you're trying to attract clients globally, they restrict access to your site for many countries, which has had a negative impact on us from prospective clients. Again, I have raised this with Thomas Design and nothing has been done. But our hands are tied as we are stuck in a 24 month contract.

I can highly recommend Damien and his team after being a client myself for over a year now. Digital marketing is a key element if you want to grow your business. However using the wrong people to do this for you, can take years to reverse. My initial enquiry was for advice only, which then led me to understanding exactly what having a digital presence and brand awareness was all about. They explained in a way that was easy for me to grasp, without it being too technical. This has then led me to having a total business re-brand, Adwords and retargeting campaigns all running at the same time and fully managed by them. I have weekly reports sent to me so that I can see how things are going and what seems to be driving things forward as a business.
