E. E.I’ve been training with LKY since 2017, starting with my RYT200 qualification and now working on my 300 hour qualification. Louisa is an amazingly passionate teacher trainer who really nurtures her trainees to find their authentic way of teaching. She has expansive knowledge of yoga and teaches how to apply the spiritual texts and ancient wisdom to modern day life and yoga practice.

Louisa is so in depth with everything she teaches and is always checking in to make sure everything is going okay. Couldn't have asked for a better teacher or a more informative and interesting course.
