S. R.I have been attending Lauren’s class for several months now, i really enjoy it. Lauren is so friendly and welcoming, she is good at explaining how best to do a move and offers variations of moves. She always asks and looks to tailor, what everyone would like added into the class.
c. l.my first yoga class at Puregym , Lauren takes time to explain , show you the correct positions. After an hour , i was tired , but nicely tired and relaxed I would recommend and go again to yoga classes with Lauren
