I attended initially for the reformer pilates classes which I had done previously in another studio in London pre covid. Anna the teacher and founder of Movefit is amazing, and after a few sessions I noticed a difference in my joints, feeling less tense. Because of this, I then started Mat Pilates classes both in studio and online. Both have made a significant difference to my posture (I WFH and spend a large amount of time in front of a laptop.) Surprisingly (or maybe not,) these classes have also had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing. Both Anna's knowledge and her skill as a teacher make these classes not only thoroughly enjoyable, and fun, but both the mental and physical health benefits for me personally mean that these classes have become part of my day to day wellbeing. I have been doing pregnancy pilates with Anna for about five months I am now towards this end of my pregnancy and have never felt better. The classes are perfectly suited for pregnancy and Anna is really knowledgeable and has practical support and suggestions. It is a friendly safe environment where you can exercise and talk to like minded people and learn about your body. I always feel better after doing the classes and look forward to them.

Fab place. Anna really knows her stuff and takes time to understand your requirements and work with any problems you might have. Lots of different classes to suit all different needs. Fun too!
