Pilates with Justine is great fun! She is an excellent tutor, tailoring the content of the class to our particular needs, with individual attention when required! Small groups with emphasis on enjoyment so we don’t realise we are working hard.

Who would realise that so much fun can be had when being putting through Justine’s routine , you are put at ease and everybody is catered for whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate . Pascha runs classes with small numbers so you get the one to one attention as well as having the fun of being in a group. There are different class levels to suit everyone and Pascha is always coming up with new exercises to keep things interesting...and challenging! The variety makes it fun to keep learning new moves each week and see your improvement. We also work on stretching and flexibility and Pascha is always on hand with a smile for any questions. I have been attending classes for over a year now and would never give it up!

I look forward to Pilates with Pascha every week. The restricted class size means that Pascha can pay lots of attention to each individual class member, correcting the tiniest of errors in your position which makes a huge difference to the effectiveness of the exercises. I have only been a handful of times but can already notice an improvement in my core strength and flexibility. Would definitely recommend :)

I am new to Pilates and was quite anxious about joining, but took the plunge and am grateful I did! I don't think I would ever look back! Pascha is a great teacher, although im in a group setting Pascha does give you the one to one you need.
Since joining it has helped with my posture and enabled me to relax more. Its the one thing I really look forward to for 'me'...absolutely 5 star!
Definitely give it a try if your thinking about joining and im certain you'll continue!

I have been doing Pilates for a bit over a year under the watchful eye of Justine. She is a star! Small classes and an individual approach means she can tailor the class to your needs. The classes are held with humour so we do not always realise just how hard we are working! She deserves more than five stars!

I went to paschal plates throughout my pregnancy and loved it. I had back pains after teaching little ones all week. After the session I always felt so much better - paschal was always so attentive to each individual needs/aches and pains. I remained flexible and strong with the help of the class and I feel it massively contributed to a successful natural labour. I would highly recommend going to the class. I am going to continue going as she also does postnatal classes too.

I took on postnatal pilates with Pascha at 2 months following my son's arrival. My stomach never quite went down from my first pregnancy and although I exercised regularly before and after my pregnancy, I struggled to get rid of the bulge on my stomach (as most of us do). After having my second child, I was determined to shift the bulge . Pascha showed me how to do the correct exercises in the right technique with recommendation that I do the exercises on a daily basis for 5 mins. I followed this routine and W-O-W what a difference it made in 2 weeks!!! :) Friends most definitely noticed the difference too. I would highly recommend Pascha's Pilates - she's not only a wonderfully patient teacher but also attentive to each individual's need to achieve their goal.

Justine is a wonderful teacher. She's very friendly and a marvel at teaching, combining correct techniques with corrected posture, taking away aches and pains. Classes are small (5)and always in a warm, fun, friendly atmosphere.
