By far some of the best massage I have experienced. Aileen has a complete understanding of the physical body and the nervous system which makes for an extremely effective and relaxing massage experience. Would highly recommend her Indian head massage - which in fact includes a lot of back and shoulder work also. The full body massage with fascia rolling is also superb. Love every massage I have had with Aileen. All 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also happens to be one of the best yoga studios in town. A hidden gem with the best instructors 💫 🧘🏻♀️ 🙏💗
Recently started yoga with Aileen for therapeutic reasons and have found it to be very beneficial. Aileen is a great teacher who takes time to ensure you have understood the movements. Very relaxing and I highly recommend. The studio on the Antrim Road is warm, calm and quiet.
I had the best full body massage with Aileen. I was so relaxed during and after and slept so well that night. It released a lot of tension and left me feeling refreshed and de-stressed. Thanks so much Aileen. Will definitely be back.
Hi I had a massage today as I entered I was warmly greeted by Aileen who explained everything asked about my health problems ect very professional the massage was fantastic as she massaged different muscles she explained the different techniques (not like previous massages I’ve had )it was a great experience both physically an mentally well worth a visit very helpful/pleasant/ lady 5 star massage will definitely be back many thanks
I have learnt so much from Aileen and her colleagues and find their professionalism hard to match. So much care is taken in the preparation and in adapting poses to accommodate those with a more limited range of movement. Yet at the same time we are learning many of the deeper yoga teachings. The sound workshop I attended recently was one of the most powerful, I've ever experienced.
Aileen has created a beautiful relaxed space where it's a joy to spend time not only doing the physical side of yoga, but also the meditation, chanting and even some blissful humming. I regularly go to classes with Aileen and also Mary and couldn't recommended them highly enough.
I have been coming to Aileen's classes weekly for the past five years and always leave feeling calm, relaxed and energised. The atmosphere in the studio is so special you feel it as soon as you enter and Aileen is so patient and helpful and caters to everyone's abilities, always caring and reassuring. I really look forward to my classes and there is always something new to learn or improve.
I am recovering from a bad bout of shingles and felt that my recovery was at a standstillI. I have been unable to attend my normal yoga class with Aileen for some time. She suggested that a Reiki session might help me. It was a new experience for me and Aileen made me feel completely at ease. Following a wonderful Reiki session last week in the studio I feel as though my healing process has moved forward and was able to take part in the gentle yoga class on Monday.
I cannot speak highly enough of Aileen who embodies the whole philosophy of yoga and who always keeps the wellbeing of everyone in her class at the forefront of her practice. She is continually doing training to develop her knowledge and skills, which keeps her classes fresh and new. I would highly recommend Ananda Yoga and Wellness to anyone.
I really look forward to my weekly yoga session with Hazel. Ananda Yoga is one of the best establishments on the Antrim Road. It is a place of tranquility, self growth and security even for novice yoga learners like myself. I always feel great after a yoga session and never feel inhibited or embarrassed. It is truly a local retreat. AIl are made feel welcome and valued.
Practising yoga with Aileen and her colleagues over the last number of years at Ananda Yoga & Wellness has been life enhancing. Ananda offers a great range and variety of classes gauged at all levels of ability. Aileen’s patience in taking me through my yoga journey from ‘absolute beginner’ to intermediate is much appreciated!!

Ananda Yoga &Wellness is the highest quality and variety of yoga taught by our wonderful teacher Aileen...she has real empathy for people in the autumn of our years and so has a chair yoga which leads onto easy yoga and then onwards and upwards!!! The studio has a calming atmosphere and that heips with deep relaxation at end of every session..love it xhugsx
Aileen demonstrates an enthusiasm & passion in her classes that inspires & energises her students. She encourages, motivates & empowers individuals of all abilities. Aileen weaves an understandable explanation of the philosophy of the poses which is really helpful. Above all Aileen cares in a personal way for all her students.
Ananda Yoga and Wellness in North Belfast is a hidden treasure! I have attended classes here for around 5 years - from evening candlelit to early dawn ( not to mention the many wonderful workshops on offer!)
All classes are delivered by professional, caring and dedicated staff who connect with and respect all their students, creating a very welcoming and nurturing environment! Highly recommend a visit 🙏🙏🙏

Went here today for a massage, would highly recommend. Very warm, welcoming, and relaxing place. Came away feeling great and reinvigorated. Will be back again soon.
A wonderful place to practise yoga and the many other classes the place has to offer. I really like the community ethos of the place. I was also fortunate enough to receive a Reiki session which I'd be glad to experience again and I'd recommend to anyone.
Five years on I have the zeal of the convert. You have to give it a try and don’t buy that it’s only for the ladies. Main benefit is my body doesn’t creak as much as it used to. Oh and Aileen is just a fantastic yogi. And don’t forget Reiki. I know - Google it. It is great.

Physically, these classes have improved my flexibility and balance significantly but the effects on my insomnia are incredible. Funny how that every day I do a class I sleep like the dead that night.
