Love Beth's classes. Have been participating in postnatal pilates for about a year now and can definitely feel the benefits. I feel much stronger and aware of my core in everyday life. My daughter Evie also loves the classes! Beth gives different levels so you can do what you feel comfortable with as you recover from giving birth

I have been going to Beth's classes for four years, including pregnancy, postnatal and general classes. I cannot recommend Beth and her classes highly enough - she adapts the class to suit everyone. I have found the classes to be challenging within a supportive and friendly space. I have also enjoyed meeting new people in the local area. Whether you are a newbie or more experienced, I think you'll find the classes really fulfilling too.

I’d thoroughly recommend Beth’s Pilates classes. I’ve been to her antenatal, post natal and mixed ability classes at different stages, each of which have been very enjoyable. Beth makes the classes really friendly, fun and she always provides easier exercises and more challenging options to suit your ability and energy levels!

Beth is the most wonderful Pilates instructor and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone! I loved her pregnancy and postnatal Pilates - she provided different variations for those at different levels of ability and experience, and her advice and support was so helpful in improving my PGP during pregnancy. I always looked forward to my classes each week and could see how much of a difference doing regular Pilates made to my strength, stability and overall well-being, particularly pre and post baby. It was so lovely that babies are welcome at the postnatal classes, which is not only fun but also means lack of childcare isn’t a barrier to being able to attend! Thanks so much Beth

I've been going to Beth's pregnancy pilates class for a few months now, and am really happy that I do! Being a complete pilates beginner, I didn't know what to expect, but Beth is so patient and knowledgeable, always happy to explain and to talk things through. After a few classes I began to feel totally comfortable and now Monday evenings are one of the things I look forward to most in my week! Its also a great way to meet and be around other mums to be, and to know that there are other people in the same situation with similar questions that you have! If you can't attend one week, there is always the option of catching up online, which is also great and means you don't have to miss out. It's a fun and relaxed class, Beth is lovely, and I'd definitely recommend it!

Beth is a fantastic teacher, she's so friendly and supportive. I love her classes, I definitely feel the difference in my body strength and flexibility after a class! My core & pelvic floor are so much stronger now since doing pilates with Beth (after having my daughter). It's been amazing that she's been able to adapt and continue to offer classes plus extra support during these recent crazy times! I'd highly recommend her classes 😊

Beth is very knowledgeable and supportive in and out of class. She’s very friendly and makes you feel welcome immediately. A lovely class for all levels as Beth goes through different difficulty levels for those just coming back to fitness after birth to those who have been working out for awhile. Also she uses zoom if you can’t make class or throughout lockdown. Thank you!

Beth is an amazing teacher whose great sense of humour makes classes friendly and fun. I give her full credit for keeping me mobile during pregnancy and helping improve the pelvic pain I experienced in my second trimester. Beth is an excellent teacher, I attended her postnatal class for 5 months and she has helped me regain some strength and improve my posture. It doesn’t matter if babies cry, need a feed or a nappy change and she’s always happy to give the babies a cuddle so you can get an exercise done! I’ve enjoyed the class so much that now my babies on the move I’ve moved to one of her mixed ability evening classes! Such a friendly welcoming class I’d really recommend it.

Beth is a really encouraging and knowledgable teacher, and yet she puts you at ease with her friendliness and good humour. There was always lots of variation in the exercises, both session to session but also within each exercise to allow you to complete each exercise within your own capabilities. I can often get bored if the same stuff is repeated session after session - not with Beth! The exercises were always different and came at a good pace. You'll certainly feel like you've had a workout if thats what you are looking for. Equally, if you have less energy/strength, there would always be a variation offered. I found the exercises both challenging and relaxing, and always felt that my mind and body thanked me after. Beth is clearly passionate about what she does, and that enthusiasm is palpable. I was a bit apprehensive about Pilates being in the past I haven’t found it beneficial, but obviously I had not found the right teacher until now!
Beth really is such a great teacher so welcoming and relaxed always made me feel at ease and not only was she a lovely instructor I really did see and feel the benefit from the classes.
I’ve just finished my prenatal classes for now and my son is 7 months I think I started when he was maybe 2 months I have loved every week. She is so understanding when baby’s are just being baby’s and isn’t afraid of a little cuddle when the baby’s are a bit grizzly she would probably give us a cuddle too if you need one! The whole group where lovely and I’m hoping to get back in for some classes again she’s very accommodating if your not able to make a class and will do what she can to get you in a session.
I miss the class already and it’s only been a week but can’t recommend enough for new mummy’s out there wanting to regain some strength!

Beth's classes have been wonderful, especially during Lockdown! They were an hour of peace to build my strength back up and the exercises helped relieve a few minor injures after having my little girl. They were hard work but enjoyable at the same time!
