I started never having done pilates before. I was a bit anxious to start with - I’m not flexible, I couldn’t get to grips with trying yoga, and was more used to running and strength/weights exercises prior to pregnancy. However, Sian made me feel welcome into the class. She’s adapted workouts in both Pilates and low impact HIIT to suit my varying stages of pregnancy yet still making me feel very well much included.
I leave the classes feeling refreshed, and feel it is helping me minimise the common pregnancy aches and pains so far 🤞🏼 Thanks Sian

Sian has supported my return to fitness since I had my son nearly 4 years ago. Starting out with post-natal Pilates, I now attend low-impact HIIT classes. Sian’s classes are fun, friendly and different each week (and a great workout!). Highly recommended!

Sian is fantastic. I have been attending her Pilates and HIIT classes for 5 years now, the only exercise I have ever enjoyed and stuck to! I also recently had my first baby. Sian adapted exercises for me, explained what my body was going through and answered any questions I had - she helped me so much I was able to exercise upto week 38! Keeping active all the way through helped me have a smooth labour, delivery and recovery! I'd recommend her to anyone!

I would highly recommend Sian's classes. She is an expert on women's health and has supported my fitness through pregnancy and my postnatal recovery. She is able to adapt any exercises when needed. Classes are varied, fun and always challenging enough without being overwhelming. The studio has a lovely community feel to it.

Highly recommended for Pilates, sorts and relaxing massage and low impact hiit classes. I’ve been going to Sian’s fantastic studio and zoom classes for the past 2 years and it’s been brilliant. Sian has helped with a number of ailments including plantar fasciitis and very tight shoulders and calves. I’ve got stronger from attending Pilates and have improved my range of movement. Sian is a brilliant teacher and I really enjoy our sessions. Group classes are hard work but always enjoyable thanks to a lovely bunch of people all working out together in a friendly environment.

I've been with Sian for over 3 years now, doing pre natal, and post natal doing pilates. Her advice and knowledge is excellent I've understood what I'm doing and why, and got to know my body better. She is professional, friendly and supportive - you get more than just an instructor in a studio. I can't recommend Sian enough. She really knows her stuff. I initially started classes due to a bad back and saw massive improvements after attending classes regularly.
Sian has supported me through two pregnancy's and has provided me with more detailed information regarding pelvic floor and rehab than I have received from other health professionals. She has taken information provided by physios and translated it into exercises I can incorporate into my daily routine with a toddler.
Sian's knowledge is outstanding. Simple stretches I have been doing for years feel completely different flowing a few simple cues from Sian to get a better stretch. She is always trying to update her knowledge so you feel confident that she is providing you with the most up to date information.

Sian is incredible. She is extremely knowledgable and always knows what to do when I injure myself. She is attentive and ensure alignment and movements are correct to avoid any further injury and to make sure exercises will be beneficial. Her massages are great, playing on the reformers is fun, and her online pilates classes are a great workout without working up a sweat! I recommend all of my clients go and see Sian if they ever have a niggle that needs attention or if they are in need of a good massage to release tension.

Sian’s classes are fun and as challenging as you want them to be. Her knowledge of the body is fantastic, and she always has personalised tips to work around injuries or to adjust for bad habits.
I used to go to the studio before lockdown and have kept on via Zoom during studio closures. Whilst I miss the face to face, the group Zoom classes have helped keep me sane and active, and Sian still manages to keep personal feedback even on video. Private classes via Zoom are especially good.

Simply a brilliant teacher for those of us with bodies that are not quite so prefect as we would like them to be. Sian’s knowledge of the body and way it all joins together is unexpectedly extensive, she can always give alternative excercises to anyone who can’t do the class excercises. Eyes like a hawk to make sure you don’t do anything wrong, she brings humour to the classes which are always enjoyable. I’ve been doing Pilates for about 10 years but the amount I have learned in the last two from Sian exceeds by far the previous 8. I now understand how my body works, taking into account the injuries I carry and what I can do to keep fit and flexible going forwards.
