Kim’s post natal yoga classes are excellent. It’s pitched really well for the various stages of post natal recovery, with adjustments for where you’re at. A great way to rebuild your strength and get familiar with your new post birth body. The class is really friendly and supportive and all baby behaviour is accepted with a laugh and a smile. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Kim's yoga classes. I've been to her prenatal yoga classes for both of my babies and postnatal for one (the other isn't old enough yet). Her classes are a little oasis of calm and she is a great source of knowledge for both pregnancy-related topics and recovery afterwards. Her classes provided me with a great practice for staying calm and relaxed and easing any tension in the body (which is also extremely useful not just during pregnancy and birth but in early motherhood too).

I have been going to Kim’s women’s yoga class for a few months now and it has been great. The class has a lovely mix of yoga, mindfulness and relaxation and I always come away feeling so much better. Kim is a real advocate for women and their bodies and she is very knowledgeable. It is a small class and it has been very welcoming.

Kim is a wonderful tutor. The class is relaxed and perfect for taking baby. Each week the class starts with an introdiction by everyone which means you all share your experiences and get to know the other mums. Kim has so much more knowledge than just yoga and is a wonderful support. Hugely recommend.

Took the class from 24 -39 weeks. Kim is a great instructor and has a wealth of pregnancy knowledge. Was so great to keep moving during pregnancy and perfectly aimed to do during pregnancy. The relaxation section at the end is amazing and really helped prepare for staying calm and relaxed during labour.

I attended Kim's pregnancy yoga class and loved it so much that I am now doing the post natal class too. I look forward to it every week. It's a great way to meet other women going through a similar experience and a fab way to look after yourself. Kim is so welcoming and warm and clearly has a wealth of knowledge on pregnancy, and how to help those niggles and pains in our bodies.

Highly recommend Kim’s Womens yoga, gentle yoga and very relaxing and helps a lot with certain health conditions. Always takes into consideration when others are suffering and giving great tips to help aches and pains and making sure certain poses can help. Such a friendly class and throughly look forward to every Tuesday eve at hanham community centre. Kim is one of the best yoga teachers I have found in a long time.

I've loved being a part of this group. My favourite part is right at the start when we get a chance to talk how we've coping, it's just lovely to feel the love and support in the room. I would highly recommend Kim's class for your body and soul!

My husband and I did the Antenatal course with Kim together which was excellent for preparing us for the birth of our son and having done both pregnancy yoga and mum and baby yoga with Kim I can confidently say that all her classes are uplifting, empowering and considerate to individual differences. A definite recommendation for any expecting parents or new mums!

I attended classes with Kim throughout my pregnancy and in the first few months pp. I've done a lot of yoga before but I learned so much from Kim and I can honestly say her classes made a huge difference to my pregnancy and post partum recovery. They've been the highlight of my week!
As a doula, Kim knows huge amounts about pregnancy and childbirth, and so all the sessions are tailored to the specific needs of pregnant and pp women. I used the breathing techniques throughout my 29 hour labour and they honestly helped me through.
Kim also invites you to a Whatsapp group with the ladies in your session, which not only helps build your mum friends list, but also means she's always available if you've got any questions about anything to do with pregnancy, birth, recovery or babies! She's been a real positive influence in these crazy months! Thank you so much Kim

I did pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga with Kim and enjoyed every minute. I’m now doing the women’s restorative yoga which is great too and a lovely way to relax and unwind after a busy day looking after little ones. Thank you Kim. ❤️

Mum and baby yoga as well as women's restore have both been amazing. I wish I'd known about the pregnancy yoga too. Kim is so professional and tailors the sessions to suit your needs as a new mum. Highly recommended!

A lovely group. Kim is brilliant and focuses on whatever aches and pains you may have that week, giving you exercises you can do from home. She is also full of helpful tips, whether you're worried about labour or struggling with acid reflux. I would highly recommend!
