I've been going to New Moon Pregnancy Yoga with Emily for a number of weeks now and it is ideal for second trimester onwards! Lovely welcoming atmosphere. I look forward each week to taking some time to stretch and move, relax with some guided meditation and chat with other expecting mums! Emily is also very knowledgeable, more then happy to share advice/answer questions and tailors some of the yoga or poses as needed if there are some common issues.
Added (and unexpected) bonus is the tea and a baked treat to finish the session which is a lovely touch!
Highly recommended for any expecting Mums!

I have enjoyed going to Emily’s classes so much!
The yoga stretches and breathing techniques have really helped me loosen up, gain confidence, empowerment and get in more comfortable positions in pregnancy which I will take forward with me when I eventually go into labour!
At the end of the yoga session, every week Emily makes her own homemade baked goods which are DELICIOUS! Everyone in the class has a baked good with a cup of tea and we all go round discussing things pregnancy, birth, labour, etc. Something I find so lovely!
I would 100% recommend her classes to anyone, they are amazing and she is such a lovely person too!

I have attended Emily's New Moon pregnancy yoga for a few weeks now and I would definitely recommend to any mum to be! It's such a lovely relaxing session where you can meet other ladies that are going through the same thing! And then Emily offers tea and cake at the end every session which is a nice touch!
Emily is also lovely, friendly and makes you feel at ease. Once my little one is here I'll then be looking into the New Moon post-natal yoga sessions! Xx

I've been going to New Moon Pregnancy Yoga since my second trimester and highly recommend to all pregnant women! The class is welcoming and I love having a dedicated hour out of the week to really focus on my pregnancy - practicing yoga, breathing and relaxation, and meeting and chatting with other Mums to be. Emily is a midwife too and always happy to answer any questions. Each week there is time for discussion on various topics and Emily brings along tea and a lovely homemade treat! Definetly recommend.

Emily's class is exactly what I was looking for - a welcoming and relaxing space where I can practice yoga and meet and talk to other mums to be. I love Emily’s pregnancy yoga class in Keynsham!
It’s an hour of focussed stretching, breathing and connecting with our bumps and babies inside - and is definitely a highlight and precious time for me in my busy week!
Emily is a qualified midwife and very open to questions, so as well as connecting with your body it’s a space to share concerns and think more about birth.
…and we’re spoiled with tea and home baked treats at the end of the class.
Definitely recommend this class to all pregnant women :)

I first started attending Emily’s Yoga classes in my second trimester.
The sessions are focused on gentle stretching and end with a really useful discussion around a range of topics. I’ve found the sessions really a great way to take time in order to focus on my pregnancy - with everything else life throws at you this session is the best way to start my week.

Ive been going to New Moon Pregnancy Yoga with Emily since i was 16 weeks. This was my first yoga experience as I have always gone to the gym to sweat! However as you are limited whilst pregnant i turned to yoga to help with some gentle movement. I am a complete beginner and felt a little nervous going to me first session! But the group has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The group are friendly and even though i may not be doing it 'right' i have the best night sleep after!
I look forward each week to some 'me' time and a chat with other expectant mums! Emily is friendly, approachable and has a wealth of knowledge. She makes great sweet treats for once the session has come to an end (the highlight of me evening!)

Highly recommend Pregnancy Yoga classes with Emily at New Moon. Just love coming to each session and feel amazing after! The are inclusive, very informative as Emily is a Midwife and an amazing, caring and knowledgeable person. The yoga exercises are varied and they can build up a bit of sweat as well - which is great!

Would highly recommend this class ! Emily provides an extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and relaxing space to stretch out, relax through meditation, and chat through topics with a delicious snack. Emily is a lovely leader, I really love her approach, the pace of the yoga and the class has a great mixture of yoga, short meditation at the end and time to discuss a topic. Finding Emily's pregnancy yoga class is exactly what I needed! I started at 21 weeks pregnant, wanting to start preparing my mind and body for birth in a safe space. When I realised Emily was also a midwife as well as a yoga instructor, I couldn't wait to try it. The session exceeded my expectations and allowed me to meet other expectant mothers. The yoga is a great way to stretch and strengthen my body, and the guided relaxation provides the much needed time to connect with my baby free from the chaos of a busy world. The special touches of tea and a homemade snack at the end of the session are so appreciated. Emily allows time for us to discuss a different topic each week to help alleviate any stresses, and answer questions we may have. I am now 30 weeks and can't wait to continue on this journey during the next half of my pregnancy!

I'm pregnant with my first child - a nerve wracking experience. Emily creates a wonderful inclusive culture, where people are free to talk about their week, share experiences and recommendations with each other whilst also engaging in a relaxing and therapeutic stretch.
I have learned so much already and Emily's approach has helped to fill me with positivity and optomism regarding the birth process and my bodies ability to do this.
One week, Emily arranged for a post birth therapist to talk to the group after yoga. This was insightful and interesting.
Having experienced back pain during my pregnancy, these weekly sessions have become an important part of my routine and have helped to keep my body moving.
Tea and sweet treats whilst having a catch up and natter with other mums-to-be is a really lovely addition to these sessions!

Great pregnancy yoga class. Really relaxing and helps with the aches and pains that come with being pregnant. Such a lovely supportive environment too, lots of tips and advice shared. Nice cup of herbal tea and home made treats at the end. Which is such a wonderful idea and definitely needed as a 2nd time mum! I would recommend this class to any mums to be.

Now I’ve had my baby I’m doing the Postnatal mum and baby yoga class too - so relaxing, such a lovely calm way to chill and connect with your baby, and also chat to other mamas. Emily is ace and the babies are free to feed, sleep, whatever goes! The yoga aims to involve the babies which is lovely and keeps them well entertained.

I attended a class in my 2nd trimester. I was going through a very dizzy phase and was worried about feeling light headed but Emily made me feel safe. Emily altered the class so that I would be OK. It was really relaxing, so nice to take a moment for myself and the baby. I have a busy life so I never do it, but so glad I made time for the class. I would highly recommend Emily!
