Kerrie is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are suitable for all levels of yogis, whether an absolute beginner, or an experienced practitioner. She brings variety to every class so you never feel as if the class is a repeat of last week's. Kerrie is an total professional - she has studied hard to gain all of her yoga, hypnotherapy and other related qualifications. She takes her craft very seriously and ensures that she delivers a very high standard of teaching. I have been practicing yoga with her for about five years now and I have found my personal well being has changed for the better during this time, partly due to the practice that Kerrie provides each week.
I would thoroughly recommend Kerrie for her on line yoga practices and her genuine belief in Zen and mindfulness.

Kerrie has really stepped up to the new pressure's that we all now face. Every Monday I look forward to yoga & Kerrie's positive & cheery personality really shines through which we all need. Every week I come away feeling calm & relaxed. It really comes across just how much Kerrie enjoys teaching her classes. I have been practising yoga with Kerrie since it started in Portishead for 6/7 years. I join the Monday morning class, which is a lovely way to start the week. The class is excellent. Kerrie always offers alternatives to any pose might be too challenging. I definitely feel stronger emotionally and

I absolutely love Kerrie’s yoga classes. She has a very holistic approach to her teaching and each class begins and ends with some mindful meditation practice. Everyone is made to feel very welcome and each practice is perfectly tailored for all ages and levels of Yogis, male and female, accommodating beginners and those who are more accomplished, as well as those with injuries. The classes are absolutely non-competitive and non-judgmental. I highly recommend Yoga Body Zen Mind.

My wife is a regular attendee and I decided I would join her. Despite not having done yoga before, I felt immediately relaxed and welcome. Kerry, the yoga instructor regularly reminds you that it is okay for everyone to work to their own level. The mixture of ages and abilities means that is enjoyable rather than "competetive". Kerry explains how to make it more challenging if you require, or how to keep it simple if you are a novice.
