I did prenatal yoga lessons with Emilie the last trimester of my pregnancy and I am very glad I found her. The breathing tools and yoga philosophy we practised during our lessons helped a lot during my labour and still helps me to cope with the day-to-day challenges of maternity. I liked so much her lessons that I will take on her meditation lessons to cope with the maternity sleepless nights. I highly recommend her as she is a very positive and professional yoga instructor.

I began attending Émilie's yoga sessions before the lockdown period. During the lockdown, they were vital for me: they helped me improve my physical health (I had acquired a shoulder injury due to long hours spent in front of the computer), plus maintain a healthy routine and lifestyle. Emilie's yoga classes are lovely. Every week I leave feeling utterly relaxed. She gives time for the class to relax into all postures and movements. The focus on breathing allows you to ignore all the distractions of life and just enjoy the hour. It is a break from the world and your mind. Just lovely.
