After a yoga class with Chrissie I always feel like I have had a break from the vigours of everyday life.
Her classes are easy to follow and enjoyable, with a little something new to practice each session. Her reassuring guidance helps build strength and flexibility with body and mind feeling totally relaxed like after a good massage!

I love Saturday morning yoga with Chrissie! Her calming voice and gentle nature make for a relaxed, breath focused session.
