A haven in a busy city centre! I have been visiting the Nook every week since May ‘21 and have loved it ever since I first step foot through the doors. The studio is beautiful, clean and calming and the instructors are all welcoming and true experts in the industry. I first came as a complete novice, and the atmosphere and quality of classes at the nook have made yoga a staple part of my routine… I feel lost without it! Couldn’t speak highly enough about the instructors (especially Lauren & Rossana!). Make sure to give all the classes a go to find the one that’s right for you! Thank you, The Nook team 😄

I found The Nook after a search of beginner's classes and started the 6 week course - and so glad I did! A beautiful yoga studio with such a light and calming atmosphere as soon as you enter. Amazing teachers who guide you throughout the class - especially Lauren and Amanda! Even if you have never done a class before, you wont feel out of place. Couldn't recommend it enough 🤩
