I have been having 1-2-1 yoga online classes with Natalie for a many months now and I have even extended it from once a week to 3 times a week! She is an amazing teacher who makes you feel so relaxed. Her voice is so gentle and calming and I just love my yoga classes with her. I love her calming energy. I cannot recommend her enough - she is an amazing yoga teacher. Thank you Natalie. I can’t wait to actually have a class in person with you when I visit Derby next. 🙏😘xxx

I have been practising with Natalie as my teacher for almost 2 years now - in-person, online, in the park and studio; attending 1:1 and group classes. She is an AMAZING teacher who truly tailors her classes to the students present. She is a kind and intuitive soul with equal skill in slower and faster paced practices alike. She teaches beginner-friendly classes as well as the more advanced practices. Her hot classes at the studios in Derby and Burton are nearly always oversubscribed because she is so good! Thank you for honouring us with your teaching and your friendship.

Natalie's new module Chair 2.0 is ideal for me and also one of her older ones - Gentle Morning Flow is great cos it's mostly lieing down. All in all a great yoga experience
