I've have done both pregnancy and parent and baby yoga classes with Louisa and I can't recommend them highly enough. Louisa creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for everybody and the yoga is at a good level for both beginners and those with some yoga experience. She is always mindful of offering modifications in order to suit everybody, and the baby yoga is a lovely way of bonding with your little one. Having some time to focus on myself whilst being in a very baby friendly environment has been invaluable - I'm so glad I found her classes!

I absolutely love Louisa’s classes. I did both her pregnancy yoga class and then her baby yoga class once my baby arrived. She creates a calm, supportive and welcoming environment where it feels safe to discuss the good and the bad! Her class is great as you feel you are doing something for baby and something for you which is so important. I always looked forward to her classes and felt great afterwards. She adapts things for mums so you don’t need to worry about a lack of flexibility or technique! She also adapts things for babies - my baby was in a harness for her hips for 8 weeks and we still managed to do the baby yoga. These classes were by far my favourite baby classes and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Louisa!

I first met Louisa through an ante natal zoom class recommended from a friend and could not have been happier at my experience. Fast forward a year and I was so excited to go on a yoga retreat with two kids a full day of relaxation was needed and the retreat did not disappoint! Everything was wonderful from the atmosphere, to the food to Louisa’s great teaching and adaptations. My friends and I enjoyed it so much that we are already planning on coming to the March one so just book it and treat yourself you won’t regret it. Loved everything about it Louisa keep going x

Totally recommend. My son and I attended the class for around 6 months, only stopping when he started to crawl. We both really enjoyed it. Great mix of yoga for baby and for mums. Louisa has created a relaxed and supportive environment where the yoga is adapted to
suit ability / stage in postpartum recovery. A great class.

I cannot recommend highly enough the Yoga Bellies Pregnancy classes - they are fab! The classes are a great mix of yoga postures, opportunities to discuss birth topics in a safe space, and breathing exercises that have made me feel more prepared for labour. Louisa is a great teacher - very knowledgeable and supportive, and able to help adapt classes to suit participants' needs.

I've been going to Louisa's mum and baby yoga class for a couple of months now and it's been the highlight of my maternity leave. She is so thoughtful, caring and accomodating of new mums and our little babies and both me and my daughter have so much fun moving and exploring our bodies together each week! Louisa's also been brilliant at facilitating connection amongst the mums in the group through a group chat and by opening her class with a bit of sharing in our experience as mums. I always leave class feeling uplifted, less tense and happy to have had the time to connect more with my baby. Thanks Louisa, we love you! Xx

What a treat, both when I was pregnant, and now that I have my baby. Louisa is a lovely soul, with such a friendly, welcoming nature. She's knowledgeable about pregnancy and post natal issues, and is always able to offer adaptions when needed. Admittedly when I was first pregnant, I was a little unsure about doing such a gentle pace of yoga, but as my body grew and ached, I soon realized that I needed to slow down and that these classes were just what my body and baby needed. Now that I'm doing the baby classes, it's one of the highlights of our week. My baby loves all her wee stretches and songs, and I'm amazed how engaged she is throughout. Thank you so much xx

Louisa's yoga and relaxation retreat was a very enjoyable day. She is a warm, thoughtful and inclusive teacher. We did a range of yoga and relaxation sessions and they were all good! So were the setting, the ambiance and the food, not to mention the goody bag to take home!

Brilliant retreat at Edinburgh Zoo.
Perfect mix of relaxation, yoga stretches and some free time to spot some animals. Relaxed enough to fall asleep in the meditations 😉
The food served was excellent and was lovely to chat to other people on the retreat.
Louisa is excellent I'd highly recommend here to everyone I know...and do!

I did one of Louisa's retreats at the zoo, and it was everything I'd needed - such a lovely reminder of why I love yoga so much, relaxing, delicious food and good conversation to boot AND I even got to visit the sloth! Highly recommended!

I have been attending the Tuesday night classes and have been since I was about 20 weeks pregnant, I am now 36 weeks! It is a great way of meeting other mums to be and sharing experiences, tips and stories. Louise is lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Each class consists of a bit of chatting, breathing some yoga moves then some relaxation at the end. Although the classes follow the same format each each, each week is different in terms of the chat and the yoga moves. I would highly recommend this class :)

I've been attending YogaBellies in Corstorphine since I was around 3 months pregnant and I am now in my last three weeks before baby is due. I cannot recommend Louise and her classes enough. The yoga itself is absolutely fantastic and Louise really knows her stuff. She teaches in a way where I've found it comfortable to roll out my mat at home and know what I'm doing! But this isn't just a yoga class, it's an amazing way to get together with other mums to be, to make new friends and to thrash out how we are feeling and have a good chat! I am really going to miss pregnancy yoga but I'm looking forward to starting Mum and Baby yoga when my body allows it ❤️

Yoga with Louisa is really great, she is a fantastic teacher. I've attended pregnancy yoga and now I've started baby yoga and both classes were brilliant. Couldn't recommend Louisa's classes more!

I've really enjoyed attending Yoga Bellies for pregnancy classes. The real benefits for me have been learning techniques to relax and also meeting other mums-to-be. Louise fosters a really friendly, supportive and welcoming group and is knowledgeable about yoga and exercise during pregnancy, always offering options that suit everyone at any stage of pregnancy.

This class is a great way of meeting other mums to be and share your experiences. Every session consists of some chatting, then breathing and yoga exercises and some relaxation and a sweet treat at the end. Louise is a great teacher and makes everyone feel very welcome. I would recommend for everyone and I’ll definitely sign up for Mum & Baby yoga once we’re ready.

I went to Louise’s yoga bellies pregnancy classes from about 14 weeks. I loved it for the relaxation, the exercise, the information giving and the socialising with others in the same situation, especially as a first time mum!! Louise is an amazing teacher I’d highly recommend .

Wonderful yoga class, Louisa is brilliant. I attended both her pregnancy yoga and yoga with baby classes and it is a highlight of my week!

As a mum of two, Louise's CorePlay class on a Tuesday night is my saviour. It's a calming and supportive class with a nice bunch of people. When I arrive the stresses of the week fall away and I leave feeling lighter, happier and generally more positive. Louise offers different levels of postures through the class so you can push yourself and get a good workout if you want to, but there's absolutely no pressure. She explains everything very well. I love the class and having completed two blocks (about to start my third) I really feel the benefits of it.

I love this course.
I was a bit skeptical before I showed up, but it's a wonderful group of supportive people, taught by the amazing Louise. I can't say strongly enough how great it has been to have a safe place to ask whatever 'stupid questions' or check the (sometimes) questionable advice I've been getting from other friends/my mom/sisters-in-law.
Oh, and yoga. The yoga and breathing exercises are fantastic too, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
I will be staying in this class until birth, and then I will definitely join Louise's parent's and baby class too.

Love the mum and baby yoga with Louisa! As does my little girl! Really friendly, welcoming and relaxed!
