I first started seeing Julie for personal training 4 months after having a baby. I was unfit and heavier than I had ever been. Julie’s coaching massively improved my fitness levels and her sensible advice on healthy eating means that I’m now healthier and fitter than I have ever been.
I also attend her online circuits class as well as yoga. Both are fabulous. The circuits class is great for all levels of fitness.
Highly recommend Julie and all that she does!

Julie has been a big part of my life for the last 11 years, I first started seeing Julie for personal training after having my daughter, I wanted to lose some weight and get my fitness level back. At that time, she introduced me to exercising outdoors including running, something that is still part of my life.
My relationship with Julie has evolved to more than just my personal trainer. Julie is very knowledgeable in all areas of health and well-being and has a very kind approach. She has listened, supported, motivated, helped me to maintain my fitness and stay on track with a healthy lifestyle which in turn has seen me through many stressful situations.
In more recent times she has introduced me to yoga and mindfulness, something I did not think I needed, how wrong was I. I now do Julie’s online yoga and mindfulness and I can’t believe how yoga helps to start my day with positivity and the mindfulness finishes it with that sense of calm and relaxation giving me a peaceful sleep.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Julie for everything she has done for me over the years, I do not know what I would have done without her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I first had PT sessions with Julie around 11 years ago, with her help my running improved and I got PBs over various distances. She also helped me with my nutrition and more importantly with my mindset towards food. I lost my excess weight and have kept it off.
I now attend zoom circuits classes which are challenging but are also adapted to suit everyone by Julie.
Julie also introduced me to yoga which is now an important part of my life.
Julie is a lovely person and I can't recommend her enough.

I have recently completed the Weight Management and Mindfulness Worksop with Julie at Absolute Wellness. I loved the fact that I had a dedicated time each week that I could set aside to focus on myself and the teachings of wellness and mindfulness. It gave me a new perspective on managing my weight loss by achieving small personal goals and challenges, that help me think before reaching for the biscuits. The weekly mindfulness session really helps you to focus and to recognise triggers that you need to work at. I would really recommend this workshop, it’s not an instant weight loss, but a very positive step forward to achieving your goals.

A terrific service from Julie, always smiling and just a breath of fresh air. I previously trained with Julie, improving my personal best in 10k runs. With lockdown I’ve joined her online yoga classes which have been a life saver.I feel calmer and breath easier and do a class nearly every day as she has a catalogue of on demand classes via Facebook. With home working I had noticed some stiffness in my hips and shoulders which has disappeared with regular yoga practice. Overall I’d recommend Absolute Wellness to anyone, just a great experience

Julie is an angel, a life saver and a one woman support machine! I have been practicing yoga with Julie for over 3 years now and the knowledge, kindness and attention that she offers in supporting her clients is amazing, she always makes the time to go above and beyond especially with advice and encouragement. In addition to yoga I have attended her stress management workshops which have been a great help as well as her new weekly mindfulness sessions which are highly recommended. She really does offer a great package of support for health and wellbeing and has adapted to all levels of lockdown to ensure that her clients have as much support and advice as we are used to (if not more!). She makes the world a better place :)

Absolutely love Julie’s mindfulness course! Her voice is SO soothing. It’s important to take some time out of our busy schedules to focus on the present moment.
