I went to pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes with Annie up until I was 39 weeks pregnant. I had never done a yoga class before and loved every class! It was so relaxing and the yoga stretches really helped with pregnancy aches and pains. The classes were so much more than yoga, great to meet other expecting mums to be and learn all about ways to relax and prepare for birth itself! Would high recommend Annie she is just amazing!

I joined Annie's online classes during lockdown 2020. I began in her women's classes but later joined her pregnancy class. Annie has the amazing ability to make everyone in her class feel valued and special. Despite never having met Annie in person, she was such an important person to me on my pregnancy journey and her classes are so much more than postures on the yoga mat, you will leave feeling relaxed yet empowered with a wonderful support from your fellow yoga classmates xxxxx

Annie has created a support group through her classes. I attended Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga & now Dynamic Flow Yoga. The classes are different each week and I can feel my strength both physically and mentally grow. Yoga is a vital part of my own wellbeing now. Annie is a wonderful instructor, healer, counsellor and friend x

I went to Yogabellies for Pregnancy and it is fantastic. I'd never tried yoga before so I was a bit nervous but there was no need to be - Annie is so supportive and the classes are nice and relaxed, very focused on helping with pregnancy and labour. In fact when I went to the NHS classes just before giving birth I felt like I knew lots of stuff they were talking about just from going to Annie's classes! It's nice meeting and chatting to other pregnant women too as it helps with any worries you might be having.
I'm now going to the mum and baby yoga classes and they are great. Some yoga, some playing with babies, some tea and biscuits, lots of supportive chats with Annie and other new mums. My first time going out all on my own with my new baby was to this class, and although I was nervous I knew I was going to a safe and supportive environment where I felt at ease getting the hang of looking after my baby and breastfeeding on front of other people outside my family. My baby is now nearly 4 months old and she is loving baby yoga!
Don't be put off if you're as clueless about yoga as I was - if you're pregnant or have a new baby then don't hesitate to give the classes a go, they're wonderful! X

I started Yogabellies when I was pregnant with my second (really regret not doing it first time round) and I absolutely loved it. Annie and Katy really know their stuff, I met some lovely mummies to be and looked forward to my hour of me time each week. The techniques I learned in class really helped me through my labour! I then started mum and baby classes when my wee girl was around 8 weeks and we both loved it, Annie is so good with all the babies and The yoga really helped with a safe postnatal recovery! I now go to Coreplay on a Monday night, I can’t believe how well my practice has come on since starting and would highly recommend this class to anyone needing some calm in their life and a right good stretch! :)

I started YogaBellies when I was around 24 weeks pregnant and I absolutely love it! It is such a relaxing class and it’s a great way to meet other Mummy’s to be!! I booked a second block to take me until I am 38 weeks and I will be sad to finish up but will definitely be looking into the Mum & Baby class for when baby arrives!! Thank you to Katy for being such a brilliant teacher, wishing you all the best with your wee one too!!

I attended yogabellies with Annie from 28 weeks pregnant right up until my due date. I can't speak highly enough of Annie and my whole experience at pregnancy yoga. I absolutely loved attending the classes and feel that they helped me so much to maintain a positive mindset when labour kicked in... when my contractions started I used Annie's breathing techniques ( which massively helped)and with each contraction I thought to myself "this is another step closer to having baby in my arms". I continued to use the deep breathing techniques right up until that very special moment that my baby was born. I felt overwhelmed, relieved and very grateful that yogabellies had helped me so much throughout my pregnancy labour and birth. I am now enjoying yogabellies for mum and baby with my 6 month old baby boy and the classes are just amazing. Annie is a beautiful person inside and out and I would recommend her classes to all mums and mums to be 💗

I have been to Yogabellies for pregnancy and now the Luna class. Annie and Katy are fabulous teachers. They really put you at ease to take it at your own pace. They both really know their stuff. The Luna Centre is a lovely relaxing space for yoga. It’s my weekly retreat I wouldn’t go without now!

I did pregnancy and then mum & baby yoga with both my children and although I didn’t have what you might call straightforward labours with either I still felt totally in control throughout and I credit Annie and her amazing classes for that. I now do both Luna and Coreplay at the Luna centre (they must be sick of the sight of me!) and I love it. It’s precious time away from life juggling a full time job and 2 young children to concentrate on my own well-being. The Luna centre is such a beautiful welcoming space, I genuinely look forward to my classes each week .

I attended yogabellies for pregnancy for both my pregnancies. Annie made it very relaxing and empowering place to be. I was lucky enough to have 2 very straightforward and "quick" labors and I could honestly hear Annie's voice throughout, telling me how to breathe and stay in control.
I also did the Luna yoga and I used to finish that class feeling like I'd been for a massage 😂.

I started the pregnancy class when 17 weeks pregnant. Following the birth of my son I attended the mum and baby classes. I found the classes were a safe haven to voice how I was feeling honestly and the support you have from both Annie and Katy as well as the other mummy's to be/new mummy's was amazing. Exactly what I needed in these scary unknown times. I must for all pregnant ladies/new mums!

I cannot reccomend Yogabellies East Kilbride enough! I attended Pregnancy Yoga from when I was 16 weeks pregnant, right through to my due date.
At Yogabellies East Kilbride, Annie has created a safe and supportive environment for mummies-to-be. It was so lovely each week to come together as a group and share the highs, lows and everything-in-between of pregnancy. Yogabellies is a fantastic way to build a network of friends during what can be an isolating and even frightening time for some people.
I honestly credit Annie and Yogabellies for turning my pregnancy and labour into something entirely positive and empowering. I don't think I would have recovered as quickly, both emotionally and physically, from pregnancy and labour had it not been for Annie and her wonderful classes.

I attended yogabellies for pregnancy and now attend the core play class on a Monday night. Prenatal and postnatal classes have been a massive help to me. Wouldn't miss my Monday class now, it's my kids free time. Katy and Annie cater for all levels which I love, wouldn't go anywhere else now. X

Lovely pre natal class! Good mixture of stretches, breathing techniques and socialising!
