A heavenly 4 days with Sankalpa at The Palms, Malaga. The perfect antidote to the mad lifestyles that we all juggle, taking the time to just be. With lashings of love, care & nourishment in every area - be it Jaxx's practice, the glorious food, phenomenal wummin or the perfect venue & hosts - I'm grateful for the new energy & commitment to greater self care. Ultimately, it's about our inspirational yoga teacher, Jacqueline - authentic, entertaining, empathetic, encouraging - I could go on ❤ Sign me up for next year pleez xxx When asked to take yourself to a place of peace & calm during meditation, visualise West Coast Wellness ❤ A beautiful drive along the lochside on single track roads eases the pressures of city life so you arrive in Otter Ferry with an open mind. Jacqui @ #sankalpa has planned the Retreat with exquisite detail. And what better time than Summer Solstice to let go & set yourself up for the year ahead? Stunning scenery, a unique venue, discrete hosts providing delicious food & a lochside sauna - wow! A truly memorable experience - looking forward to Unwind for Autumn. Go on - you deserve it!
