I’ve been attending Yoga Meditation Healing for almost 10 years, it feels like my second home! Pol and Paula are the most wonderful teachers, so knowledgeable and supportive. I’ve recently completed the Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours) with Paula and Pol and it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to expand their practice or who’s interested in teaching. They were so encouraging throughout and have really boosted my confidence and practice overall.
The welcome you get from Yoga Meditation Healing is just so lovely and all the other students are so friendly. The best studio I have been to in Glasgow for definite!

I have done yoga with Paula for over eight years and can honestly say that I’ve never encountered a better teacher anywhere ! Her classes are different every time and I particularly like her focus on co-ordinating breath and movement which is something so often missing in other yoga classes.
Paula has a lovely warm and welcoming demeanour and is a master of relaxation techniques….everyone leaves class breathing slower and feeling rested and restored ! I would highly recommend her classes to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced yogis, as she offers options to allow students of all levels to access the benefits of yoga.

I’ve recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours) with Yoga Meditation and Healing and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Paula and Pòl are both incredible yoga teachers and complement each other perfectly. The training was incredibly well thought through and designed in a way that left me feeling equipped to teach, but also excited and motivated to learn more. After a period of bad flare of fibromyalgia I attended three one-to-one sessions with Paula as I had lost my confidence to practice yoga. Paula is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and health issues but it also is about the connection she makes with you and her intuition that guides what you do in the sessions. They were really special - healing and inspirational. Paula has a wonderful presence. Paula gave me advice about breathing and gentle movement exercises I could do in the morning - really simple - and it has made a huge difference. It has helped so much I am now back attending class!

I am super happy to have found this yoga studio - Pols Vinyasa Fusion class is such an authentic class ..there is a good balance between strong flows, working on particular poses and relaxation. I would say that Pols class is one of the best classes i have tried. Additionally the studio is lovely, clean and comfortable, with amazing people and a great atmosphere.

I've been attending classes in this welcoming studio for many years. It is a calm and beautiful space with a friendly, loyal community. There's great variety of classes on offer, something to suit everyone.
Pól and Paula are fantastic teachers bringing elements of the earth's natural cycles into the classes making the practice unique and personal. Pól's wisdom and insight add an extra dimension to his teaching. Paula's Sunday Yin and Restorative extended sessions are definitely a treat.

I completed yoga teacher training (200 hours) at Yoga Meditation Healing in July 2022. The training was over 3 months in blocks. I found the training to be life changing and transformative. I think everyone would experience feelings self doubt at the beginning, but the course was so skilfully created and delivered that this got less and less as we moved through the training. The training transferred into my own practice, becoming so much calmer and present. It has provided me with a strong foundation to grow from, and a wealth of memories and reference materials that I will cherish and go back to for many years to come. When I started yoga, I very quickly became very eager for knowledge, 200 hour teacher training provided the lessons I had been seeking and much more. It was a wonderful and at times emotional journey of self inquiry. I will be eternally grateful to Paula and Pol for supporting me and teaching me, giving me the chance to find what I was looking for. For knowing the yoga teacher was there and helping me find him. After a difficult year or so struggling with migraines as well as muscle tension and joint aches (thank you, menopause), I booked myself in for an ayurvedic yoga massage with Sam to help me relax and feel less anxious. I didn’t really know what to expect but I could never have imagined it would be so soothing and therapeutic. I’ve had a few massages this year but always found that they left me feeling sore and depleted rather than relaxed and energised. This was not the case with Sam. From the second I lay down on the heated (yes, heated and it was bliss) futon, I could tell I was with a really intuitive and skilled masseuse who did everything she could to help me relax and ease away my tension. The deep breathing synchronised with the passive stretching was really powerful and I felt so much more open and in tune with myself than I have for a long time. I highly recommend Sam for anyone looking for a really nurturing yet deep massage that isn’t just about targeting specific areas but treats your whole body and maybe some of your mind too. 😊

I have been attending Pol’s classes for a few months now and they are a highlight of my week. I hadn’t done yoga for a year and a half since having a baby and I have found that just a few months of classes has really helped to restore and strengthen my body. Before I attended, I was expecting it to be just a yoga class but Pol’s classes are much more profound, with a deeply spiritual and healing aspect. The practices differ each week in line with the nature’s rhythms, honouring one’s changing energy and resulting in a feeling of harmony and balance. This is also reflected in the meditations. I have been attending classes at Yoga Meditation Healing in Landsdowne Crescent for exactly 8 years, mostly with Pól but also with Paula and other teachers. The studio is excellent, very comfortable and well furnished and has been very well managed throughout the current/ongoing situation.
Both Pól and Paula have invested a great deal of time and effort in researching and extending their own knowledge and expertise in a wide range of yoga practices and techniques. Very importantly, they also take the time to get to know the needs of their students as well, making for a very personal experience. Joining Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow has been amazing. Myself and my husband wanted to learn Yoga but were unsure where to start. We are so glad we found Paula to teach us one to one. I love Paula and Pól's yoga classes! I've been doing yoga on and off for a few years now, and I have never felt so comfortable and inspired during a yoga class. It is truly healing! I've been different classes where I was instructed so strictly that I was afraid to do the pose wrong, with Paula its the complete opposite! I feel energized, and free. Quick Vinyasa flow, as well as calm Yin classes put my mind at ease and my body in its best condition – I feel the effects last for a long time! I have been going to Paula's class for about a year and a half and thoroughly enjoy it. I was never into yoga in a big way until I started attending this class. Paula's calming and encouraging persona puts you at ease and there is no pressure to do more than you are able. I am quite an anxious person and this class really helps relieve some of those anxieties through the relaxation and breathing techniques and I can see an improvement in my technique over time too. There is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and I cannot recommend this class highly enough. A great wee yoga studio I have happily just discovered! It has a really nice energy and relaxed atmosphere. The yoga teachers are very sincere & seem to have a great understanding and knowledge of yoga and also the skill to be able to guide you deeper into your own practice. (i have only attended Russ and Pols classes so far). I also like the depth to this studio. It touches on the spiritual side in a beautiful way.

I have been to many, many classes and this is the one I enjoy the most! Pol really teaches what yoga is about, the importance of breathing and explaining at times why we do certain poses. I think it's great to get the spirit and the history of yoga and why we practice. I feel he and the rest of the team at Yoga and Meditation really believe in what they teach. Also the posses vary from class to class so that it doesn't get boring. I would also like to add that I am by no means a yoga expert or a high level yogic so the classes are appropriate at all levels, I have massively improved since attending yoga and meditation! healing. I couldn't recommend these classes more!

I've been enjoying Paula's classes for a while now. Her teaching has a warmth and care and balances well the varying abilities in the class. You have the option to take a move to the next level if you have the ability or remain in a more basic pose if that suits. Great studio with a variety of Yoga classes. For a more sportive Style I would recommend Pol's Vinyasa class and or the HIIT Yoga with Russell (intense, but great!) I especially liked Paula's way of teaching Yoga without putting any pressure on the attendees and explaining everything carefully. Very relaxing 1,5 hrs and worth the time!!

I have been going to yoga at Yoga Meditation Healing for a few years now, at first on and off due to other commitments, but now time allows me to attend weekly. I have learned from Pol, Paula, Laura and Cecile and all the teachers are so welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and respectful of everyone's different boundaries/level of practice. Yoga has greatly helped me with mental health wellness for which I must thank Yoga Meditation Healing, as with their open and non-judgmental approach, I felt comfortable to persevere and grow in my practice. He is welcoming to people of all abilities but at the same time encourages everyone to push themselves. The studio itself has a great atmosphere about it and is located perfectly in the West End, prices are good (with student discounts), there's a variety of classes at different times of the day and most importantly Pol and Paula are both fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable teachers. Together they offer a variety of yoga classes both for complete beginners and those more seasoned in their practice (incorporating techniques, ideas and beliefs from other disciplines as well). They both provide excellent guidance and supervision during the classes so that you can get the full benefits of your physical practice without ever causing your body harm or stress. I have already recommended it to all my friends and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you're not only looking for physical benefits but also to learn and connect with other aspects of yoga teachings. It is a pearl in the sea of studios and instructors. I am sad to have left Glasgow purely because of this, and will be sure to go back whenever I get the chance.

Paula goes out of her way to make sure that each person attending is taken care of and works at their own pace. I have been doing yoga for about 4 years now. I have tried different styles and teachers, but Pol and his Thursday hatha vinyasa class beats them all. It's quite a demanding class, and I can't think of any other excercise that would keep me as fit from just doing it once a week. Pol's teaching style is very supportive and relaxed, not pushy at all, you do as much as you can and want to and it's okay to take breaks during the class if you feel like. Studio itself is a very homey place with good vibe, very honest and authentic. I would truly recommend Yoga Healing Meditation for anyone who is interested in yoga, at all levels.

Of all classes from all sorts of Yoga background I have attended, this is the best by far. Pol is lovely and helps you get into the most muscle aching, exciting poses in an incredibly relaxed manner. It is ok to laugh when you fall from the pose! When I leave the class, I feel like I have done more than I thought possible and I am happy. My physical and mental well-being has markedly improved since commencing weekly classes and it is no exaggeration to say I love them. The benefits are so wide reaching that I even found my yoga practice prepared me for the ‘adventures’ of the labour suite when my first baby was born.

Physically, yoga has enabled me to become stronger, more flexible and more toned. But perhaps more importantly, Pol's classes have taught me how to breathe, to practice stillness and self-belief, and to be in the moment, all of the time. I'll never be an amazing yogi (whatever that is) or look like the beautiful people in all of those glossy yoga magazines...but that's ok, because my practice begins and ends on my mat, there are no comparisons (just one of the many wisdoms that Pol has taught me!).

I have learnt so much, improved my technique and realised we can all benefit from yoga regardless of age and ability.
